We waited to be seated about 10 min while people coming in for online orders just walked to the head of the line.. servers where standing around. It was not busy for dine in at all & they had plenty of waitresses . We where finally seated and placed our order when our drinks arrived a few minutes later... 15 minutes of waiting for our order the waiter informed us he was so sorry for the wait online orders come first and disappeared again.. Another 20 minutes pass still no food haven't seen the waiter since & I even had to flag another waitress down for coffee ?... The worst part is I had my 80 yr old grandmother with me who's diabetic and really wanted her crepes (she doesn't get out much)but she insisted we leave because she couldn't wait anymore... Very disappointed in the whole experience!
Desperately needs workers. Came in to make order, took long time to get anyone in front. When we came to get our food 20-30 minutes later, the table by front still hadn't been cleaned up. Food was fine.
Visited IHOP after a morning soccer game with the kids. A perfect way to celebrate their hard work is a stack of pancakes and French toast. The service was fast and the food was hot. The server was very attentive. Nice spot for a quick breakfast.
Don’t expect them to answer the phone. When asking the lady at the front hostess desk why the phone calls are never answered she mumbled not even answering my question then walked away. I placed an order online and then expected to not have to go inside to get the order but had to because we waited 20 minutes in a spot only for it to never arrive. Go to another ihop because this one delivered the worst service online and in person I’ve experienced at this franchise.
Took the gang to get some I hop. I'm thinking they gone order the all you can eat pan cakes.. no they think they grown ?. They grow up so fast. So I let them order what they wanted. Lol we waited a little time for the table. But the kids had fun. I was the only one who ordered the all you can eat pan cakes like I did when I was younger.
First, our waitress was phenomenal. She was finishing a 15hr shift and treated us like we were her first table of the day. The food was fresh but honestly it doesn't feel like it did 10 years ago. maybe that is just me but it was lacking something.
Jairo is the BEST! He is so kind and attentive. He really takes the time to make sure everyone is enjoying their dine-in experience. I don't think I've ever seen this type of service!
1. There were Handle any customers but they said there is a wait… 2. Orders took too long to deliver 3. The servers had lots of attitude and started arguing with us for asking for straws to doing water 4. Mandar was called and briefed about the event 5. Food was cold and prepared poorly 5. Taste was not as per the ihop standards 6. Never going back. 7. Denny is 100 times better than ihop. 8. My kids were very disappointed and don’t want to go back 8. The glasses given to drying water had disgusting egg smell Pull up your socks ihop or suffer by losing customers.
Visited this location a couple days ago and was skeptical about writing this because I normally don’t but this last time at this ihop was just too much to keep quiet about… it seems that the kitchen staff just simply doesn’t care back there. First I was brought a mug of hot chocolate with pink lipstick on it on both sides of the mug and didn’t even realize until after I drank a sip…I was disgusted. Waitress just took it back and brought me another. Secondly, both myself and my dad ask for over easy eggs and he is brought hard overcooked eggs…Then when he asks for syrup for our pancakes because they don’t leave them on the table anymore like they used to, we’re brought 3 small half-filled to go cups of syrup… the waitress seemed nice but just a little unaware or maybe she just didn’t care she seemed kind of young. My pancakes were over cooked and I ordered the “breakfeast” which is supposed to come with 2 bacon, sausage, and ham but instead of ham I asked for extra bacon instead and they only bring me 4 pieces of bacon and no sausage…not that I needed it but we are paying for it you know so they kind of jipped me…so many problems for the food to not even be worth it. I’m sad to say I can’t eat at this ihop anymore if they’re just not even going to care at all… not giving money to people who blatantly don’t care at all about their customers.
Very slow to be seated and was not very busy then it was very slow to take our order and did not check to see if we needed refills food was lukewarm when it came out.
