I ordered six livers and six gizzards. On the menu it saida dozen gizzards or livers for 5.99. When I got to the window I was charged 4.99 for 6 gizzards and $4.99 for six livers. I asked the worker you don't do the mixed anymore. Her answer was you didn't say mixed you said six livers and six gizzards. I hope that it was worth it to them the extra $4 that I paid because I've been going to their location ever since they've been there. I will not be patronizing them in the future.
This place has taken a turn for the worse! The drive through speakers don't work. They always mess up my order because the Asians there can't speak and barely understand English. Can't explain prices right. I hate coming here, but the food is good and fresh.
Waited in long line. Repeated order 3 times. Finally get home to find the order wrong. Go back immediately. Got to wait in the long line again. Asian manager mad at me . I'm the one who should be beyond mad for having to come back. I'm done with this place. Lucky to get two stars out of me.
Food was fresh and hot, but customer service is horrible! They don't have dine in because they don't have any workers...the one Hispanic lady is rude as hell! She's always saying she doesn't speak English, but she's a liar! The restaurant is owned by Asian people and they want your money, but want to treat you any kind of way! They set up shop in majority African American neighborhood...why?!!? Close shop and go somewhere else with your rudeness... it's not appreciated all!!!!
They took forever to serve my food they had people leaving out the line because they took too long and they are very rude people at the window it should be better than that a drive-through a fast food should go better than what it was that took forever I will continue to go to the one on fondren and South main

Chicken cooked in old grease. Found a dead insect on the bottom of my roll. I was so disgusted that I put the entire order in the trash. I’ll probably never eat at Hartz again. Especially this location. Waste of time and nasty….. ? ?
Chicken legs appeared to be fried in old grease. Staff lady not patient with elderly hard of hearing. Made me sorry I spent my money at that location.
I drove to this place just to find out that their online information is MISLEADINGDINE IN ? NOJust to Go … of course the owner is a smart person thy takes COVID as an excuse to just have people take out in that way people that are paying for a buffet are actually paying just to go …. They limit their price employees too and they are not paying for cleaning after costumers .This is NOT the way to make Bussines ! Go to POPEYES OR CANES !
The chicken usually tastes great but the laat time I went it didn't tastes to good.
