Very nice service. Higly recommend, the strawberry ? drinks are really good and the bubble waffle is amazing. The tea shop is really spacious, and has a lot of places to sit. Very clean.
The location was nice and parking was easy. The tea shop was clean & provides a nice ambiance to study .The drinks were delicious. I had a strawberry milk tea & It tasted like I was in heaven. My mom had passion fruit tea with star jelly , absolutely amazing!!!!!!Jaxyn Skyy
Brown sugar milk tea was okay. What I didn't like about is the person who worked has no smile on his face and was not helpful with the drink.

This location has a wide menu of drinks that is posted on the front of the premises. That is very convenient. I wish more vendors of food and drink do that.Nothing much to say (its a chain after all) except that the drinks are good and agreeable. It gets busy on the weekends, but staffing is good and they get the drinks out in time (about 5 min).
Generally a good place to go, but the prices are very high for milk tea. The space is large but I felt as though the price for the quality was too much. I think I will go to other places because of what I thought was high price.
First of all you can’t hear anything behind a mask and an acrylic wall. They use corn syrup to sweeten their drinks which gives it a funny flavor.If your in the area just drive the extra mile to feng cha you won’t be disappointed
I’m very happy that Gong Cha is closer to me now. I have a niece who has been obsessed with Gong Cha growing up in Manila. She goes to school out of state and now when she visits, I don’t have to drive her all the way to Bellaire for her Gong Cha fix. As always, the quality of their drinks is consistent everywhere. Very delicious and creamy. My niece does not notice a difference in how it tastes like in Manila to this branch. It’s a cool area to hang out and has adequate seating to take friends and family for a sweet boba drink after a heavy meal from other restaurants in the compound..The staff are very sweet and friendly and I have rarely had issues with my orders. I hope more people know this place exists here in Sugarland and come here to patronize this branch as it is located in an area that is a bit hidden from traffic.
