My usual coffee stop was a disaster!!! I ordered the usual lg iced coffee with 6 butter pecan swirls 5 creams less ice! Got to the window and they had my cup full of ice! I sent it back. Got to work for my 12 hour shift as a nurse took a sip of the coffee and BOOOM, NOT BUTTER PECAN in it! Tried finding a number to call UNSUCCESSFUL. This made for a bad day at work! No coffee and doing these 12 hours! I am on the struggle bus!

My first visit was great so I went back very good customer service place was clean had a Princess wait on me she was very helpful because I was there for my niece n couldn't remember n she new Strawberrie Dragon fruit

Night Staff was very friendly! And they made my crazy coffee with no complaints and it was amazing!!

It was a sunny Sunday morning and my husband and I were looking forward to a nice walk to Dunking Doughnuts, finished with Toasted Sourdough breakfast sandwich and coffee. Unfortunately the weather and sun was the only nice thing which happened, because as soon as we put the foot in the Dunkin Doughnuts building ALL went wrong. I ordered 2 Sourdough breakfast sandwiches and plain black coffee. I paid and went to grab the coffee but mine wasn't there. My order number was "5703", there was coffee there with #5705. I was surprised that the order after me was ready, but not mine, especially as I had just plain black coffee. I went back to the table where my husband was, sat down and started to talk. we got our sandwiches...see picture, they both were BURNED, I went back for my coffee, and ask the girl making coffee, when my order will be ready, she said here is your coffee, ready, pointing to order "5705, I said : No, my order is "5703"...she shook her head, like I am creating problem and said..."oh, this is your coffee, I just put wrong number on it"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said:. "How am I supposed to know it is mine? I am NOT taking someone else coffee as there could be order "5705, yes"...no apology. I started the case with DD customer service. Yesterday was 11 weeks.....just got few emails back, always promising that someone will contact me! ...just empty promises. How SAD!

awful. it’s fast food so I wasn’t expecting amazing service cuz im not a boomer but they didn’t include my doughnut in my doordash order and they also put the sticker on top of the straw hole here because they think they’re so slick. I used to work at Starbucks and I hated my customers too so I’d put the frappucino stickers on top of the Starbucks logo to ruin their instagram pics. literally just quit like I did, you’re going to be MUCH happier not working for a company that exploits you for min wage

Orders almost always wrong. Even basic hot coffee. Staff is young , not trained well, and completely disinterested. The girl was literally texting while taking my order and kept saying is that it is that it? Then of course order was wrong. This place wouldn't last 2 months in the northeast. I can't even tell you how many people I have seen walk out the door because they just wait and wait and wait and get their order wrong eventually they say forget it I'm not coming here anymore.

Recently went to this Dunkin Donuts. I was not disappointed. The donuts were freshly made and were absoluetly delicious, this will be my go to place for DD. Waiting time was a little more than expected because the employees were mainly focused on drive through and not the dine in customers. Anyhow the employee who took my order was nice.

Don't usually call people out but y'all need to have a talk with y'all cashier Alyssa at this location. My husband ask a question and she didn't respond until I asked her again. She didn't greet us , no manners at all. Aside from that issue the drinks were good.

The staff was unexceptionally rude. Specifically 370839 Kendra. I was greeted with an attitude at the drive through speaker. Normally customers are given time to choose what they want but, that was not the case with Kendra. She began to voice her frustration through the speaker while taking my order by saying "You can't be serious". She was insinuating that I had taken to long to order. Then when told her what I was going to order she interrupted me passive aggressively rushing me to the window. I'm not sure if the person at the window was Kendra there demeanor was professional. They don't wear name tags on their uniforms and I looked at my receipt to see the name of the server and Kendra's name was on there. I'm sure Dunkin' Donuts is a great company but the worker (Kendra) was not an exceptional employee.

While the location is good, the establishment is clean/nice, and the service is good, unfortunately, the donuts that I've gotten in the evening time have not been real fresh tasting. I would imagine that the morning batches are very fresh and some batches are not sold until the evening which means that those items are no longer as fresh as they should be. At least, this is what I suspect based on the taste of the donuts in the evening. I'll have to go in much earlier to see if the morning donuts are much fresher than in the evening. It would be nice to have jelly donuts with frosted icing on top, too, but, they said they don't offer this kind of donut. That would give them another star from me, lol! Oh, I had a promotion offer, which I really appreciated and would consider stopping in again with some kids for a treat since they may not notice the freshness level.
