I’ve given this location my business numerous times despite never being satisfied for various reasons. It usually takes at least 2 hours to receive my order. Based on the app, someone is usually “checking my order” for at least an hour. Yet and still, I continue to give my business. Today’s the last day. This time the pizzas were over cooked AND cold. The driver had no sense of urgency. And after seeing the other poor ratings I blame myself. I should’ve looked this location up and or just not chosen this location after the first time I wasn’t happy. That’s what I get though. I shouldn’t be eating pizza anyway. LOL.
For the second time I’ve ordered with them in a row in the past two weeks the app says my pizza is ready and when I get there they tell me it’s another 15 minutes. If you order from the app don’t trust the progress tool. Makes it hard because you don’t want your pizza to be cold but I’d give it a little more time even though they say it’s ready because it’s not.
They have been rude to me on two occasions and they seem to change delivery rules every month. Last time the driver told me how grateful I should be that he brought my pizza 10 min drive, cause it was too far. We have a few other pizza choices in the neighborhood.
Domino's Pizza was good in the sense that they made the pizzas a very quickly and do a very high standard. The staff is really friendly and the experience on ordering on the app is great. It's smooth and the payment processing to is seamless. If you're craving pizza then I would really recommend going here because I enjoyed it myself
We ordered pizza delivery for 6pm from morning. order never got delivered. When we called few times to check on order and spoke with manager, manager was super rude. Hung up on the phone, 2nd time called and said " do whatever you want to do", cancelled the order. This is one of the worst customer service experience. There are other places who stands behind their customers and delivers on time. save your time and stay away..sorry not again.
I ordered pizza tonight for my family and the delivery was not contactless even though that is what it said on the order when I placed it. The box looks nasty and is super greasy. The pizza was not even cut enough and looks horrible. This box SHOULD NOT have been delivered to me looking like this. Will not be returning to this location.
Terrible customer service. Even worst pizza. First time they burned it so badly it ended up in the trash. This time they basically undercooked it completely so it tasted just awful and they didn’t even bother cutting the pizza. How am I supposed to eat this? A complete waste of money. Just avoid this Dominos altogether.
Have to say that I didn't think it could get worse than last month, which was mostly terrible because of fouled up orders. Tonight is the last straw. We won't be ordering from this location ever again. We ordered the pizzas (two, simple orders - one only cheese!). The pizza FINALLY arrived just now, 8pm...nearly two hours after we ordered. It's cold... I mean ice cold. The driver didn't wear a mask. No gloves. Just handed the boxes to me (by this time I was waiting outside). No apologies for the delay. Only a "Happy Christmas." Uhh...holiday is over, and it's a Monday night...NO holiday.I took screen shots of the Domino's app, showing how long it took just for the "Quality " inspection to take (more than half an hour to look at a cheese pizza and decide, "yes, that's a pizza ").
I am very dissapointed of this location!! Took them two hours for my order to be delivered. Called after and hour and half and my order was still at the store. Unbelievable. My order was dry and cold and it was a $50 order. Never again will i place something from here. Management very poorly done.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS! I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni, didn’t receive either on the pizzas I ordered. Ordered the pizza early before store opened, so the pizza should have been fresh and I live maybe 10-15 mins away from the Dominos location. Granted the pizza was delivered maybe an hour after the store opened and the pizza that was delivered looked and tasted old and reheated. The pizza clearly was not fresh in the least bit and if it was made today the had to have just let it sit out for at least 30 minutes (it had that dry look that pizza had when you leave it out at room temp for awhile or reheat it out of the fridge). Won’t spend another dime at this Domino’s no matter how hungry I get.
