Definitely ask for tom when you call or go visit. He's all about customer satisfaction.

Delivery driver Roberts service is awful and he should be taken off the team. I love dominos and get it all the time but whenever Roberts name pops up my heart sinks lol.

Not quite up to par in my opinion. Had a pizza at domino's on texas parkway 3 mikes away and the quality is better over there...
Just picked up my order from this Dominos. I selected curbside pickup and when I arrived, I parked in the curbside pick up spot, put on my flashera and checked in via the app. Dominos says that if the Pizza isn’t brought to your car in 2 minutes, you get a free pizza on your next order. I started the timer at 5:43pm. 5:45 came and went and no one came to the car. In fact. The timer stopped with 1:16 left and never restarted. Also, Funny enough, the store front is all glass and I saw multiple Dominos employees come in and out of the store (delivery drivers and what not), but no one came to ask about my order or if I had checked in - despite clearly being able to see me. I’m in the only curbside pickup spot the store has. By 5:53, I went into the store to see what the issue was and an employee asked, “are you here to pick up?”. I said yes, I’ve been waiting outside for 10mins. She quickly brought my order over and I asked about my free pizza. She gave me a puzzled look and said No. I challenged her with what the app says and she went to talk to another associate. That associate came over and asked what the issue was and I explained the 2-min guarantee. He too looked puzzled and said that he didn’t know how it worked. More than not getting the free pizza, I’m simply disappointed with the customer service at this location. No one seemed to care.

Worst experience with this place.We ordered pizza from here today and the delivery guy stopped by the street and ran past our house without delivering our order.When I contacted the general manager he was disinterested in taking the complaint and did not resolve the issue.The second time I called to see what was happening with my order he hung up on me. I tried reporting the issue in an email dominoes send usually after the delivery.Which never happened.All it did is offer a 20% coupon for my next delivery or take out.This was the last time to order pizza from this location.Dominoes needs to know how pathetic service it is providing to their customers.
