The GM Ariel stepped up to the plate and provided excellent customer service with my delivery. Very impressed and thankful. Food was delivered hot and fresh. Thank you again GM Ariel!!
Where to begin!? The last time I ordered from here was in 2020! I confirmed through my app.. that time, the pizza was cold and OVER and hour to be delivered. I called to tell management it was unacceptable and he was so "matter of factly" with his words. Not once apologized... fast forward to last week February 2, 2022 I was craving pizza and decided to give dominoes another try cuz maybe something had changed. I placed my order via app and it said it would be ready in 45 min. Ok. Fine... an hour has passed and im about to call when.. wow! Dominoes calls! Great!.. no, not great. A girl starts saying it's gonna be an hour before my order gets delivered. And I asked "on top of the hour I've been waiting? The app says it's been out the oven 30 minutes ago. What's the hold up?" She just said "so do u want it or not?" ? I was shocked. I said "if I have to wait 1 more hour on top of the hour I already waited then no thnx I do not want it" she Said what?? Then a male comes on the phone and said "so you're trying to cancel the order?" I repeated myself saying the same thing I told the female. And he says yes its gonna be an hour for delivery. So I told him (again) I'd been waiting for an hour when the pizza was promised in 45 min. So if it's gonna be ANOTHER HOUR than no thnx I don't want the pizza. By then it would be 11pm and I don't even think anyone would be available to deliver that pizza. So yes, I want to cancel the order. He reluctantly ended with "ok" .. not another word ?♀️ fast forward to yesterday the 11th, hubby was really craving it so we decided to do carryout because maybe that would help the situation (mind u we are 5 min down the street). We place the order and again says 45 min wait. Ok kool. I check the app to make sure everything is OK but it's still in prep stage. Weird. So an hour after placing the order we drive up and check in on the app. App says its not ready so we have to wait a little longer. Ended up waiting a total of 1 hour and a half after placing order to get pizza for carryout...I have now given it all the chances available... Never again.. Nope..
I have yet to have my order messed up in the past 4 yrs at this location. Once is was late but received a free pizza credit on account.
I would hive it a 5! Always been on point with my orders the reason why i gave it a 3 THEY NO LONGER DELIVER TO MY AREA! THAT IS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE OTHER THAN THAT if you are willing to drive and do it your self it would be a 5
I placed an online order and for one of the puzzas I choose it to be pie cut but when received it was received it was square cut. I called back to voice a complaint and was told that they when they are busy(mind you this was between 3p-4p) they don't have to honor the special order. I think her this has happened 2 or 3 times and it is unacceptableI called customer service spoke with a representative gave my information and also advised I have sent an email with my complaint. She found my confirmation and advised she eould refer to the GM. Later that evening I received a phone call from the GM and we discussed the situation and she apologized for the manner in which this was handled and agreed she would handle this.
Very friendly and order was made accurately as ordered. I ordered light sauce, light cheese, half side cheese, the other was with 4 toppings. $7.99 for this large pizza. Amazing reasonable price for a non greasy pizza.
I am disgusted for the service I received at this location I called the store spoke to Mattie in regards a order that I had place online and the crust on my pizza was different she then decided to yelled out Danielle and all the people that were working the shift with her ..to asked them if I had called to change a the pizza crust which I did...she went ahead and said there's nothing they can do if you want to speak with the manager I said yes she then hung up the phone what happened to a good customer service and going beyond expectations wow!
The new manager with the beard makes the best pizza. This is now a #1 spot for fresh, well made, and tasty pizza!
Did not get me pizza in 2 minutes curbside had towait 10 minutes and now the app still says I need to check on while I’m at home. Then I realized I didn’tget my 2 garlic sauces I bought. It did not offer me a free pizza next time because the app just froze. Like this is ridiculous
I had a horrible experience at this store. Ordered two vegetarian pizzas for pickup. After reaching home, I realized one of them was a meat pizza. Called the store and asked for the replacement with a delivery (I live a mile away). The guy on the phone didn't care to apologize and said they can't deliver!! I went to the store with the wrong pizza and told the manager what happened and told her that they could have delivered. Guess what, she didn't utter a word! I had to wait for another 15 mins to get a new pizza. From the other reviews it looks like this nothing new for this store. Stay away
