We left. Waited 1 hour for our food. Waitress was never really seen. When they brought us our food only 1/2 of an order was brought. No cutlery was given to us. Paid for 1/2 a Grandslam, one kids meal and 3 drinks. There were 3 of us. Waitress said she didn't know what happened to the rest of our order. Everyone who came in after us was getting their food before us.
I waited in line for 10 minutes without any service. Then, a waitress appeared and attempted to ask me if I wanted to be seated. A GeubHub driver was in line before me and appeared just as irritated. Without acknowledging me again, the waitress left. So I stood there a minute longer to see if anyone else would assist and no one did. Poor service for sure.
We went for an early dinner. HORRIBLE FOOD! The cook, unfortunately, can not cook. Scrambled eggs were rubber; hashbrowns were raw. Hubby's omelet was dry; never got our sides! HORRIBLE.Server kid with beanie on his head got a little attitude when I sent my food back. I told him to keep it. So disappointing ?Will never eat there again!! The Kid still charged us 20 bucks for 2 pancakes and a dry omelet. We didn't eat anything else???!!! Not sure how that worked, but... oh well.
I ordered a ham & cheese omelet & hash browns. The taste seemed off to me, I didn't even eat half of it. I thought about bringing the rest home but decided against it. Good thing since as soon as we got home, I got sick & was sick that whole day. We had to send back my grandson's Alfredo pasta. It was watery. They did bring him a cheeseburger to replace it. Our Dennys in Illinois is much better.
Nothing, like IHOP, I was blown away, how well the treated us. You call they answer, you walk in with friends and family you be welcome with respect and care.At the time around 11am ish on a week dayThere, No wait, clean, very nice people. I you see good honest people working. The food came out fast and good. I recommend remember your sever if you can, because you become family.Guy's I give this place a 10 out of 10.Ps. There's a guys that talks to himself, let him be. He does clean talks very quickly and we'll.
Food was served cold .They really need more help.I guess the only breakfast you could safely order is the skillet as they stay warm?.
Walked in and the manager and four workers behind counter talking and ignored my family of five for 6 minutes. Finally, I got someone to take us to a table. Waited more time even though it was my family and two other tables seated. Poor service. Place is probably going to close soon if this is how it is regularly.
Very unprofessional employees could not tell customers from waitstaff, and once we ordered and received food our waiter was very unattentive never came and asked if we needed anything had to call out to him to ask for a refill which never happened. After waiting for my refill had to once again try to get his attention so I could get the check and get out of there never to return to this location! Mind you they were not busy at all and only had two other tables. Definitely avoid this location at all cost!!!
The food was good, but I guess the cook and waitress were new. There were four of us, and the waitress brought out one person's food at a time... and I don't mean like a couple minutes apart. It is as though the cook made one dish and then made the other, and then made the other... So our food sat on the table for those of us who were served first, getting cold before the others got their food.
There were plenty of reasonably priced choices, great service and did not have to wait long for a table. Really great service!
