???Came here on 5/12/22 while waiting on our tire to get replaced, Very good food and the girl at the front who took the orders was so nice and polite,My son and I ordered 2 burgers and fries ? and drinks,which was so delicious I've been to a lot of Dairy Queens but this one here is the best I've ever tasted,these burgers was hot juicy and delicious fries so fresh and crispy,I will definitely be back to this Dairy Queen and this is my go to from now on.See Y'all Soon ????

I went there 9:30pm tonight! I ordered 2 Monday specials and a #3. Tell me why I didn’t get tomatoes or one of the specials! But this the cold part, the other 2 burgers didn’t get buns! They literally wrapped the burgers up within buns! I attempted to call them 8 times and the voicemail says there line is full and they will not get the message! Crazy thing is that’s what the vmail actually says! I will be calling as soon as they open up! Just ridiculously trifling!!!!

We visited Dairy Queen at 1799 FM 2234 on 4/28/22 and made our order at the drive thru window. When we got home and checked our bag, it was discovered that we wasn't given the correct food. We made a call to the store and spoke to Tony the store manager and explained to him that we didn't receive the correct order. He was very rude and argumentative! He then stated "you GOT this on your order" and we said but that is not what we ordered. He said to bring the food back and he can give us the right order (which was an inconvenience) and never once did he apologize for messing up the order. He also said it would cost more money for the correct order. I told him we don't mind paying for what we get, but we just didn't get what we asked for because it was rang up inaccurately. Since I we had to come back to the restaurant using my time and gas, I asked him was he going to compensate or make this mistake right and he said NO in a rude manner! I felt as a manager, this was unacceptable because as a paying customer I shouldn't have to take an extra 25 minutes to drive back and Tony the Manager didn't want to at least discount something for my troubles. I asked for the number to his corporate office and he said he don't know it and hung up the phone!! I was totally astonished how he treated us and couldn't believe his representation of the company. Tony do not exemplify good customer service even when they are wrong!!We took the first order back and picked up the right one, but the hassle of it all!!!

I purchase the special for Tuesday at 699 and the register charge me $0.60 more. When I talked to the manager he gave me back the 60 cents LOL

I don't know if the management has changed but we had awful service last night and an overcharge (corporate verified) with argument of a promotional item. We won't be returning!

Love coming here! It’s my son’s favorite place!!

They do not pay attention to detail.AT ALL.I had to drive back 15 minutes to pick up my missing order.Never again

Nice clean place. They have enough dine in room for social distance. Food is delicious

The are unsanitary there was one guy that touched somebody’s banana no gloves hands not washed after touch money and more feel bad for that person

How can you order three meals and only get one fry? Good thing there are other Dairy Queen's in the area as I will not be returning to this one.
