The lady who takes the drive in orders , Mayra messed up with our order and said there is only regular chicken and no spicy. She was not ready to listen to the order instead she was taking orders on call. I think the southwest church's chicken guys are way better than this store. The southwest they had only 2 guys it had a wait time of 10 mints but they gave us the right order in a polite way.
Very slow people they don't listen had to repeat my order 3 times!!!
The number one pet peeve was I observed the workers without gloves fixing my food. Not sure if he fixed my sandwich, but he packaged my fries. The sandwich was fine, but I would have preferred him with gloves, especially if he touched my bun for my sandwich.
Order in the drive-thru and when I got home the food was cold. Mind you I live around the corner. So I took it back and asked for the to cook me some hot food and the lady said she couldn't and gave me a refund. I want be going back there
This was the worst church's chicken I've ever been too. I was waiting outside in the drive-thru from 8:03 to 9:45 and my order was still not ready. Then when they told me to pull over and wait. It was only two or three people in there. I don't know why it was so slow that night. But I'll never go back. I give it a big F-
I feel better about eating fast food when the service is good lol Carlos was great.
I don't know if they revamped or new management but the food was enjoyable and fresh!
Worst chicken house ever. Where are the owners. This place needs to be closed. I purchased a three piece with fries. What I got was a two piece with a hindquarter. What Church's Chicken sales hindquarters ? The fries were cold, and the chicken looked like it had been under a heating lamp for a month. I picked up one piece and the skin fell off. Yes, yes I did I just got back in my truck and drove back to that Funeral Home and got my money back. Yes the chicken looked like it needed to be buried. But it's my fault for not checking my order before leaving the morgue. I always loved the Church's flavor, but after a stream of bad order and this one broke me from ever going to this location again. I warn the world, Don't eat at this Church's Chicken
I was so impressed by the cashier. I wanted several things. He took the time to let me know the specials which was really cool. We visit again
I got my okra and biscuit.. always hot and fresh
