Definitely the worst Chipotle I have visited.. I opened my meal and there was a bug literally right there as soon as I unwrapped my burrito to add my toppings.. Disgusting!!
Don’t understand why it’s an issue to get fresh food. Why does location always try to serve dry chicken that has been sitting. I stopped going to this location, but stopped in today hoping for a different outcome. No, still trying to serve old food. Disappointed. Never going back
If i wanted raw onion and bell pepper in my bowl, I would have asked for it. Take the time to prepare your food and do not sell half cooked items. I don't care how long the line is... I did not want or pay for raw veggies. FIX IT!
I feel like it shouldn't be so hard to get the little things right. Sure speed is great up until quality suffers. Having ordered several times and on each occasion an item or items were missing. If its on the receipt it should be in the bag. simple. I haven't touched on the fact that the food is always cold, is it supposed to be? Last night i ordered for the family, large chips and queso (they forgot the chips) kids quesadilla ( they forgot the chips, chocolate milk). The bowl and burritos were there but cold, and i think a blind person put the ingredients in the burritos. one bite is all cheese while the next bite was all beans. Not a cheap meal as fast food goes. Chipotle, please pump the brakes and get back to the basics. It will be sometime if ever that I consider you guys for our future order out nights.
I have repeatedly ordered online and each time the food is never available within 10 minutes of the expected time. Most recent has been on a Sunday night at 7 PM, and I intentionally waited ten minutes AFTER my expected time. And the food was still unavailable. I would never suggest that a company close its location because it is needed in our community. However the delivery of food at this location has reached laughable expectations. The walk-in lines are empty and yet, food requested 30 minutes later… is still unavailable.
Whoever runs this place needs to care for their employees more. Seriously. Everyday I see an employee (mainly the cashier) get verbally beatdown by these ungrateful and impatient customers. These employees have to deal with in-store orders, online in-app orders, and DoorDash/UberEats orders. The food is good, there are some extras I don't like (like lettuce and veggies) that I find to have weird texture, but the customer-employee relationship at this place is beyond toxic.
The food was what one expects when dining at a Chipotle, but the service at this particular location was remarkably slow. The line was long and the time it took them to prepare each item seemed to be in slow motion. There was no urgency at all. Perhaps they had a lot of online order to fulfill, but they seemed both understaffed and to not really care about the line of people stacking up and getting frustrated.
This place was dirty lettuce and meat all over the counter. They have raised the prices and not worth the price.. it’s time to close Chipotle fown
As I stood in line 2 people go out of line went to their car & ordered and came back and picked up their order as mine sat there getting cold. My Fajita bowl was stone cold by time the y filled 5 orders plus take outs . The person filled my bowl with veggies, beans, rice, and chicken and let it set there as they filled the to go orders and woman with 5 orders in person. A better system needs to be implemented
You know what Chipotle tastes like, it tastes fine not great. Our order was about twenty minutes late from what they said and they forgot our lemonade but they did seem pretty packed.
