I ordered the it's just wings smoke ranch 8 piece with curly fries today and when I ate the chicken it it was hard and crispy . After eating 1-2 pieces I realized the texture wasn't right and quickly realized I was eating raw chicken. I called the location and the person that answered verified my order and listen to my complaint and said he would get a manager to the phone. I held for 10 min and no one ever came to the phone . I feel so sick to my stomach . I informed Uber eats of the problem waiting a reply Back.
I’ve had several awful experiences at this location. Tonight was the absolute last straw.The grilled chicken I ordered was three grilled strips, the broccoli was bland and cold, and they didn’t include the street corn I ordered. We’re definitely done ordering from here.
If you are looking for decent service and good food, stay away from this place. I took my family to the Missouri city location on last Sunday and we walk out of this location disappointed and decided not to come back to this store ever. When we walk in, they had maybe five table occupied. Host greeted us and find us a table almost immediately. Unfortunately, that concluded the service we got during our visit. We waited almost 15 minutes while several servers passed by our table and didn't even bothered to greet us or take our order. Worse part is, people came in after us and got seated right next to our table got attended and the server looked at us and totally ignored and walked away.Unfortunately, this is not the first time we got bad experience at this location. Every once in a while I went back, I was under false hope that management must be changed and situation might be different. Well, I was wrong and got enough and there is no more next time for me. There are lot of other locations here that appreciate your business and value service. Take your business elsewhere and stay away from this place.
Admittedly, I had a bit of an issue with a DoorDash order missing an item - a simple bowl of chicken enchilada soup. I'll get right to the point. The 5 stars are for a manager named Ashley and her wonderful handling of a situation made unnecessarily difficult by the young people initially answering my call. Ashley's understanding of the restaurant business, the Chili's customer ("For so many of our customs, it really is all about that soup," she said knowingly.) and customer relations overall is stellar because by the time she got on the phone, I was an extremely unhappy customer. Before we hung up, I was truly satisfied with her response to my situation. And by the time I left the restaurant to pick up my soup, we were both laughing. She's a keeper.P.S. - Oddly, an unbagged bowl of soup was on my doorstep by the time I got back home. I didn't eat it.
The worst Chillis I have ever been to.The employees are so slow and they take sooo much time to bring your food and even to bring you some napkins, place is dirty and seems like any of the employees care about anything but watching TV.
I have been to this Chilis with my family a number of times and the food and service was good with no issues. It’s been over a year since we had dined. But, We attempted to eat there yesterday and the guy who seated us tossed the menus on the table and walked away and didn’t say a word. Thats not even the worst part. Nearly every table was still dirty and trash was all over the floor. Not an exaggeration. We walked through trash. The table he tossed our menus on was sticky and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. My daughter asked if we could leave and we left. They may be short staffed but the way this place looked and the way this guys treated us they should have just closed for the night. Extremely disappointed!
They messed up my order. I asked for no bacon on my fries, and when i brought the food back home, it had bacon. When i called chilis, they put me on hold for over 23 min and then told me the manager isnt available. Horrible customer service.
Really slow service. Took forever to be sitted and then the order took even longer to be take. Ended up just leaving due to the waiter tell us we have only been there 8 mins when we're been sitting for over 30 mins.
Slowest service literally ever. Server Monique had no personality, didn’t even tell us her name until we saw the ticket at the end. Took 20 mins to get appetizers and she forgot part of our order in the kitchen.
Bartender was the only server Monday night 1/10/22. Should have known things weren't going to go well when after waiting a while to be seated she said, "I'm glad y'all didn't go over there because I wasn't coming over there to wait on you." Over there- closed section because I guess it had been slow.1st: she takes us to a dirty table. She wipes the table and offers us a seat with the floor filled with trash and leftovers from previous diners. She was offended when we ask to be moved to a cleaner table or for her to sweep the floor. 2nd: appetizer has lukewarm, hard boneless buffalo wings, but it takes her so long to get back to the table we just placed our order. 3rd: 1 entree was cold when the runner brought it and the grilled chicken on my salad was cold and hard. Sent the entree back, she said she would have them remake it- they nuked it and she returned it to the table. I then gave her the chicken from my salad, she asked, "You didn't know it was hard when I picked up her food?" I said no, I hadn't started to eat the chicken. Same chicken is thrown on grill, sprinkled with seasoning and returned. Manager requested. Explained entire evening to GM who appeared exhausted. GM offers to comp my salad, I refused because salad was good except for hard chicken. Best part of the evening, Aulaura the runner!! So personable, kind, and attentive. Bartender/server could learn customer service from Aulaura!
