I hate to leave a bad review for a chik-fil-a being how much i love the franchise. But this is like the 3rd or 4th time ive simply ordered a half sweet/ half unsweet tea and end up getting half tea/ half lemonade.. This time my wife even repeated it to the guy when he looked confused and he still gave her lemonade/tea. Its a pretty common/ simple thing to order, it shouldnt be that complex. Lemonade and tea is disgusting, so its a complete waste. The staff taking orders need to be educated that when someone asked for half sweet/ half unsweet tea, that IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT, they do not want lemonade in their tea.
1 of few remaining restaurants worth going to. Some of the nuggets (& ckn minis since those are basically nuggets inside bread) are way too small these days, but still hard to resist! Overall they have multiple good menu options that are almost always consistent in freshness & quality.
First time at Chick-fil-A and I was very impressed. Had a spicy chicken sandwich and some macaroni and cheese. And I will be going back. I also filled out the review on the receipt and got a free chicken sandwich.
My family and I love Chic fil A especially this location because it’s close to home, but on March 3rd I went around 7pm which it’s normally packed but I can say they do get the lines down quickly. I order 4 chick fil a sandwich when I got home they were horrible I had to call and to talk to a supervisor, the sandwiches you can tell l they have been sitting under that heated lamp , and must have been sitting out to long. The sandwiches were hard and pulley as my family and I bit into them. I was very disappointed!
Fast and hot. Like this location they were fast and always get order correct and accurately. Exits aren't too packed and it's easy to rejoin main street.
I will only give four stars until they start cooking the fries longer. I have got to believe that mankind prefers a crispy fry over a soggy one any day, or what's the point.
After reading a few of the other reviews, you can definitely tell that management has probably changed within the past few months are so.... I've never had any issues with this chick fil a but now I'll more than likely never return. I placed a mobile order for the wrap, I added two dressings to my order... when I arrive, they informed me that it would be an additional 81 cents for the extra dressing ... I have no problem paying it, but I do have a problem with swiping my card for just 81 cents.... I informed the young lady that was the manager of this and she didn't care... I informed the young lady that I would be returning my food and she obliged... horrible business decision, as you're willing to lose the price of my whole meal over an 81 cent packet of dressing.... crazy! This is also the only location I've come across that charges extra for dressing.... I'll continue to take my business to other locations.
Makayla the manager……………… (sorry if I misspelled it)I just want to say thank you for your humbleness, kindness, loyalty to your customers, superb /out of this world class customer service, and fantastic personality! And to the GM/ Operator….Usually my visits at CFA are always on point, however this one was just too perfect. I ordered through the app and arrived not too long after and checked in. Makayla brought out my order in lightning speed and everything was super fresh and hot, and don’t even get me started on the chicken strips! What a BLESSING they were!. This young lady was prompt, professional, and was everything that CFA stands for. Flawless. I’d say she along with her team that makes that restaurant run, all deserves a raise! Truly the dream team today.(2/9/22) Thank you Makayla for brightening my day and thank you CFA for the outstanding meal, worth every penny.??????
Second time that I've gotten a bowl of soup from this location and the top was not properly secured and soup spilled into bag.
Food is great but they take a bit longer on the mobile orders to bring to your car then other Chick-fil-A’s.
