There are many times they forget to add the one order of chicken nuggets. They have also forgotten straws or sauces or the hash browns. We do eat here a lot since my son has swim in the mornings and I want to grab something quick before we head out again. The kids who work here are nice and never had an issue with them. I think the rush during the stress period of rush hour breakfast and lunch causes a lot of issues that they need to take the strain off workers to make sure they got the order correct.
Place was ok. Needs more open registers to take orders inside and through the drive ? thru. Lines were extremely long inside & out. They did not have any vegetarian or vegan options or substitutes available which means visitors in these categories usually are left out when dining here with family and friends. Staff was nice and personable we did not experience any other problems beyond the long wait and the lack of eating options.

Same great food, slow morning service. Not very friendly mobile order take out service. I definitely will keep driving until I get to the one further down in Missouri City on hwy 6.
I came to eat inside and got a table. They brought my food in a To Go bag. I asked for a tray for the table so I wouldn’t have to put my food on the table. They said they do not do trays at this chick fil a. That is the weirdest thing I have ever heard.

Chick fil a will always be great nice and clean food tastes decent messed up our order by giving us 2 shakes insted of 1 but thats a + becuase there shakes are super good
I have never once been disappointed by this location. It’s always a good choice.
This location has been on a downward spiral to sub-mediocre levels. Consistency is lacking and the employees seem to be poorly trained. We will be eating at other locations until they can figure it out.
