The service was quick. The food was good. Hard to pick a favorite between the beans and rice with the cake like cornbread, the cajun pasta, and the boudin. Would definitely recommend to get your Cajun fix!
Food is always fresh. Portions are huge ! I love the nacho fries with chicken and steak. The Cajun pasta is another classic.. also the chicken friend chicken with a side of macaroni and red beans and rice is another of my favorite dishes. Thanks for always providing top notch and friendly service.
The food is amazing!!! Seasoned to perfection. We had it at a wedding and loved it so much that we booked it for my husband’s birthday and everyone complimented how great the food was. You should definitely book it for your next event.
Came to my Apartment but left without letting anybody order any food will not try them again since they can not serve when scheduled. Will get my food somewhere else no matter how hungry I am. Just had surgery so not real mobile so was counting on them for supper, now my wife had to go get food after long day at work when food was suppose to be here
My husband and I tried their food for the first time when they were at Klaus Brewery. He got the chicken fried chicken and I got the Cajun pasta. Both were delicious! The chicken fried chicken was perfectly seasoned and fried. The red beans and rice exceeded our expectations for a side bc it had so much sausage in it! Cornbread was really good, that even from my husband that doesn't typically like cornbread. The Cajun pasta was really decadent, creamy, and had amazing flavor. Portions for both meals were huge and price was more than reasonable for the quality of food we got. Long story short, this food truck exceeded our expectations and anytime they're at Klaus or another nearby spot in the future, we'll be there!!

The best prepared chicken fried chicken I’ve had. The chicken was cooked fresh in less than 10 minutes. The cornbread was perfect as well as the beans and rice.
The FOOD is amazing. It’s ran by husband and his wife. They are amazing and the customer service is excellent.The boudin is so so good. Follow them and try them out. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.
The food is delicious, hot, fresh and priced right. I will definitely be back to try more food on the menu!!!
