We really like this place! I mistakenly ordered regular French fries, which apparently are not gluten free, and the manager very graciously offered to remake my whole meal at no cost with GF sweet potato fries so that I could have my burger with the gluten free bun without worrying. She is always friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious!
Delicious food, personally I love the chicken sandwich here. Most importantly the service is always great here. Today was no different… I came in here with 6 kids and the owner was kind enough to assist me with moving tables to accommodate my group, as well she offered a toy for the kids to play with while we waited for our food. Super kinda woman, believe her name is Tia. Will continue to support this business!
I was excited about the food because of the reviews. However, this food was cold and disgusting. I had a cheeseburger combo and chicken wings. I ordered through doordash. Everything was cold. The burger was cold, the onion rings were soggy and the chicken wings were old. Maybe today just wasn’t a good day. I am so disappointed.
Delicious!! Have had the Angus Cowboy, Salmon Hawaiian burger, onion rings, sweet potato fries, Oreo, and strawberry milkshakes.( not all in one sitting lol) Very filling and delicious!! Great friendly staff!! Have been many times and is our favorite burger place. Last time we ordered to go and milkshakes were made right in front of us! Talk about fresh!! Awesome place definitely coming back!!
This place was pretty good and at least has options for different eaters including vegetarians, vegans etc. They pair their burgers ? with fries ? which is standard and a better choice instead of chips that will get rancid during packaging like some places I will not name. They are fairly quick and will prepare your food for you fresh while you wait. You can even call ahead and order in advance if you would like so that it will be ready once you arrive for pickup. Most of the workers that assisted us was nice and friendly. Make condiments and napkins readily accessible so that customers can get what they need without having to bother the workers or make request for these necessity items. Our ordered stated it came with a brownie which is why many selected the offering but we have never received the brownie with our order. We have only seen a small cookie ? with the combo in the bag.
Just happen to stumble on this place while driving through town. My family and I were greeted upon entry and the lady who took our order was super nice and she answered all of our questions. I was super pleased at the speed in which we received our food. Also, the food was super delicious. I would recommend it to anyone passing through or even a local who hasn't tried it, yet.
We were given the boot. We showed up at around 8:05 p.m. today(they chose at 9 p.m. so I suggested an edit to 8 p.m.) and the girls there gave us an attitude. As soon as we stepped in they looked at each other and one said, "the floor is wet because I just moped..." okay?So hubby and I couldn't even approach the counter. Needless to say I asked if we could place an order and the cashier girl said "no we're already closing and the place is already clean." Mmm... okay? We walked out and another patron was outside spectating pondering if she should walk in, and as soon as we walked out she asked us what was going on and we told her... she was shook just like us. She left unhappy, just like us. We took our business elsewhere... which is a shame cause we really wanted to eat there but I rather drive a little further now to get to a different location and not get the stank face right before I buy an expensive as burger.
I tried the BurgerIM soon after it first opened in Sienna. I was not impressed. I decided to give them another chance after over a year and it just as bad as before. I ordered 2 Angus Beef Classics for take out. It took about 30 minutes to get my order and I went home. The bun was soggy from the burger fat. The meat was salty and slid out of the bun. The lettuce was romaine tops, black and limp. The fries were soggy. The fry oil was probably not hot enough. I put the fries in the air fryer the crisp them up. There was a large deep layer of grease at the bottom on the fryer basket. It was not a classic. We had to find something else to eat.
Their Falafel burger is amazing, can not stay away. But today i brought my children for burgers and wings, and lets just say my daughter is now in love.
Being from the neighborhood I wanted to try something new so we stopped here. We initially went on Doordash but wanted to get out the house! Upon placing our order the cashier informed us of the price change but the menu wasn’t updated in the restaurant nor on Doordash.My biggest complaint was the attitude of the flick of the wrist. Toppings were .79 advertised but upon ringing us up they were 1.25 a piece. So you lost a sell for .46!!!It wasn’t the price we were expecting to spend money as the price was $56 on Doordash.Better customer service next time. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it!
