I tried to call in an order last night and she put me on for 3 mins then hung up. Before she put us on hold I let her know we wanted a chicken dinner. I called back and was immediately put on hold with no greeting but I heard the same girl tell a coworker to tell me that they were too busy to take an order over the phone. I told him ok we are 7 mins away. Once we arrived it was not busy at all. We went through the drive thru and the same girl that hung up on me earlier said they were out of chicken, turkey and more. Bad customer service because she could have told us that over the phone. The girl had a horrible attitude throughout the whole encounter. This happened at 8:35pm on 06/10/22.
I guess I shouldn't expect much but this place is stull bad w lowered expectations. They don't put any love into the meat. Just put on grill and cooked I guess
Wow. First and last time here. Got two baked potatoes and for the price I expected much, much better. Everything was dry. it looked like the potato had been sliced open and left to sit under a heat lamp. The meat had obviously been scooped on, clueing me in that it was not sliced on order and stored in a pot under a heat lamp. Basically, I paid a premium price for fast-food quality.
Omg the food is finger licking Gud there chopped beef and pulled pork baked potato is the Best I have Ever had Anywhere So loaded n Delicious ? N there okra was so fresh n Delicious was like they poured flavor on them.Omg to die for the seasoning they put on top was Amazing......Will recommend them n I will be goin bac Soon
So expensive and they didn't even give us any condiments. Had to go back for BBQ sauce and I didn't even check for the rest. They were even hesitant to give me BBQ sauce. Ridiculous
Food wasn’t that bad but oddly enough it came to our table like warm. Probably means it was siting back there awhile. Won’t come back.
Forgot bbq sauce in $30 Uber order and I was going to drive myself to pick up some but 5 min after 9 and they are closed.
Went there for the first time and tried their catfish special. I ordered fries and coleslaw with it, but got fries and okra. Both sides had too much salt, but that fish and hush puppies were good.
Food is good, just not great. Store was clean. Noticed they have lunch specials so may have to try them out next time.
Fast, friendly, fresh food and service is on point! Ordered thru the drive thru and the staff were courteous and helpful.
