Food is usually good no issues there but that customer service is god awful. So awful I don’t even want to go back and I’m a regular there. Dude made me wait right in front of his face for my pizza for an hour, and when I finally decided I was just going to ask for a refund he simply goes to the back and gives me my pizza in literally 2 seconds. Then he offered me some Pepsi’s that were on previous customer’s table and half way consumed as compensation for my time. Actually a daft and super unprofessional move. Don’t deal with it, go to the other Brooklyn or go somewhere else it’s not worth it.

Visited simply because we were in the area. Seemed busy (in a good way), lots of foot traffic picking up phoned-in orders, folks coming in to place take-out orders, etc. So we figured it would be good. Unfortunately, their default setting for pizza is undercooked, and a 9" Italian "Sub" consisted of ham and cheese only. It would have been difficult for them to screw up their dinner salad, because it contained only 3 items, 95% of which was lettuce, but at only 4 bites it does not warrant a charge of $3.50. My rating would have been 2 stars, except that the pizza we boxed and took home, when rewarmed properly, finally got cooked completely, and crisped right up; it was not bad, but plain, uninspired, and underseasoned. In short, we won't be going back. Unless you like plain, floppy, undercooked pizza, be sure to order yours very well done and extra crispy.

My friend ans I were craving pizza so we came here because she said it was really good. First of all the soda machine had mold and the drinks were nasty. We ordered some slices of pizza and they just added the ingredients on top of old and dry pizza. The toppings they added were not cooked. Completely raw and cold veggie.. It was nasty! I couldn't eat the pizza or drink the soda. My friend said it was nothing like the last time she went. I think if you order a full pizza is better because they make it fresh...but stay away from slices and the soda fountain.

Food was hot & tasty. We ordered chicken Parm, lasagna & calzone.Young man working the front counter is still dismissive & rude. There have been several complaints on here but it doesn't seem the owner has plans to give front counter employees customer service training..He could have been having a bad day but he was this way to everyone who came inProbably won't be returning.

Great pizza, terrible customer service. Love to food, the staff can be very frustrating and are not problem solvers.

I'm normally not someone who complains about issues on a review unless the issue is really bad. I ordered delivery at noon on Saturday, Jan 15. One of the pizzas was a BBQ chicken pizza. When I got the pizza, the sauce was a red sauce not BBQ sauce. I assumed the sauce was BBQ because of the description and that every other pizza place uses BBQ sauce as a default. I called the store to tell them they put the wrong sauce on my pizza. The guy who answered the phone told me the manager said it's too bad and he wasn't going to do anything to fix it. I told the guy my ticket was $59.83 and asked if they were willing to lose a customer over $15.56 for the refund of my chicken pizza. (The flavor really isn't good at all.)The guy said yes. I asked to speak to the manager and he said the manager wouldn't speak to me. I asked for the name of the manager and he said he wouldn't give it to me. He said, "F*ck this," and hung up on me. I called back, and he put me out hold without even answering the phone.

We ordered the veggie lover pizza, salad and pasta. The pizza was perfect, probably the best I have eaten in a while. Great customer service and the delivery was on time.

Delivery better than on time. Good hot food ready to eat. It had been awhile since I ordered Chicken Murphy. It was fabulous! Large portion, lots of chicken and just the right heat. Side salad cold and crispy. Ordered a Stromboli for tomorrow. I expect it to be as great!

Originally from NJ, we have been trying pizza places around the area for a long while. Most have been VERY disappointing, nothing like back home. Tonight we decided to try Brooklyn Pizzeria, fully expecting another disappointment. To my surprise it is genuine NY/NJ pizza in Texas! Highly highly recommended! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Don't go. After waiting 15 minutes for 3 slices the staff brought our pizzas to another table. The other party told them it wasn't theirs but staff didn't do anything. They didn't care. The other party and I both complained that they made a mistake. Staff did nothing. I ended up asking for a refund and walked out. No apologies and no attempt at amends by the business. Terrible.
