waited 48 minutes for voodoo fries & a small order of fried corn. they gave me buffalo ranch fries & the corn was hardly fried with hardly any seasoning. was disappointed today
Terrible service, girl who answer the phone to take my order didn't recorded, told me was going to take 25 minutes and when I get I wasn't in the system, so guess what they make me wait another half hour. Terrible!!! Im not coming here anymore.
Slow Service, ordered online and once i received my Notification with order ready. I still had to wait 30 minutes in store . Don’t waist your time here . Choose another Wingstop that is dedicated to their actual Customer Service Skills .Or choose another wing place
I went to Wingstop to pick up food for a group of friends hanging out with me at home. I went to the one on the expressway just west of Shary road in Mission. I ordered 50 pieces of wings, fries, and cheese sauce. The order came with celery and carrot sticks, ranch, and ketchup. We ordered, Mango Habanero, really good, BBQ, Original buffalo, Lemon Pepper, and Teriyaki. All flavors were on point. I liked that the cheese sauce was not at all thick but creamy, perfect for dipping the fries. I recommend Wingstop and would definitely go back for more

The absolute worst wing stop in the valley!!The wait is ridiculous every single time and I get put on hold for more than 10 minutes every time. And then you get your wings and they are wrong. Don’t blame the staff blame the management.

The girl at the check was very rude, when I placed the order online it said it would be ready within 25-28 minutes and I didn’t get my food until an hour later. When I asked the employee how much longer she replied idk and when I let her know about the timer online she responded in a very rude way “they don’t tell me how long it’s going to take only how many orders are ahead” I then proceeded to ask well how many orders are ahead and she responded 3 orders. So I told her just give me a refund and she says are you sure it’s only missing the fries.. (I thought there was 3 orders ahead) so I continued to wait because I was hungry. I didn’t check the order until I got home and upon checking my order was completely wrong! Wrong amount, wrong flavors. And I was not going to drive 15 min back to wingstop.

Basically we’re here right now lmao We waited 40 mins for wings and when we got the wings they were cold. Additionally when she (manager I’m assuming) handed me the wings she basically tossed them at me. I also felt like she mocked us because they were cold by making an inside joke with a customer about the coldness. Don’t come to this place lmaoo
