WHERE'S THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS PLACE. TERRIBLE SERVICE I CALL IN MY ORDER AT 7:22 PM I WAS TOLD 20 TO25 MINUTES .I GOT THERE AT 8:05 I PAYED FOR MY ORDER IT WASN'T READY. STOOD THERE FOR 10?MINUTES ALL EMPLOYEES WERE JUST STANDING DOING NOTHING JUST PLAYING AROUND LIKE IF THEY WERE IN HIGH SCHOOL .I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THAT WAS TAKING TO MUCH .I WALKED OUT BECAUSE I WAS ALREADY TELLING THEM OF I WILL BE GOING BACK FOR AND SEE IF THERE WILL BE A RESPONSIBLE MANAGER.TO TAKE CARE OF THIS IRRESPONSIBLE KIDS THAT ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS I ONLY SAW ONE REALLY WORTH WORKING THERE.. I DIDN'T GET HIS NAME...
I understand that this place is a little more expensive than other fast food places but sometimes it feels like they're just robbing me. I paid almost $30 dollar for 15 wings, which btw I wanted the 12 combo but they didn't have any so they gave me the 15 probably to take more money from me. I had also asked for all thighs and they ended up giving me all chicken legs and then they gave me an extra drink, which I didn't ask for and I'm pretty sure they charged for it because how in the world did I pay $30 for just wings and fries. I'm never buying from any wing stop again, if I could I would get my money back.
Recently ordered food online the order was missing wings, very poor management, the manager Yesenia has no management skills whatsoever, I was robbed, did not get anything back. Manager hung up on me, and all she could say was sorry, your loss. If you order online make sure you take medical gloves to count your wings because they will just take your money and not give you the food you paid for. They expect you to drive back no matter the circumstances when it xould easily been avoided and just credit you the wings or a coupon for the next order. So much for xustomer satisfaction. Im a Dasher, I've lived all over the US. This is the most slow and disorganized store ever. Dashes are never ready when I come in. They always make me waste time cause they literally start cooking them when Im there to pick up, other stores all of the other places move faster. By the time we are here to pick up orders should be ready. Place is empty and still super slow. Wasting time loss of money for Dashers. Get organized.
Completely incompetent staff, management whatever you want to call it. I go to this location a lot because of the proximity, but trust me when I say go elsewhere! They constantly get the orders wrong, and the wait times are too long, if you get your order at all.
POOR POOR MANAGEMENT. NO ORGANIZATION. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Ordered on the dot at 10:00PM and NOBODY was in the dining area. At 10:23PM I asked how long it would take, the lady said it was already coming out. At 10:40PM I asked her again and she stated it was already coming out again. I immediately asked for a refund because it was already LATE and I was starving.Employees were in the back area playing their own music louder than the store music, the cashier Briana was hiding at the back with the cooks because she knew I was going to ask her again. I asked for a refund and I left. Never coming here again, waste of time when I could’ve driven 5 minutes to the one in Palmhurst and they would’ve been much faster !
Worst place ever!! I don’t understand how its so packed!! Literally see people leaving. I ordered 40 minutes before getting here they told me 20-30 minutes. I got there and they were barely making my wings. So It was more like 2 hours and a half for my wings. I suggest the one in palmhurst by HEB!! Do not come to this place!!!! And wings were half cooked
They have the best wings out there from the valley 10/10 they were really nice to the people that were talking back to them taking the orders out really fast had a great time there
