I’ve never had an issue at this Whataburger. Honestly probably one of the best in the valley. People who works there knows how to make a delicious burger that will leave you speechless. I love having my custom order as I feel so special and loved by the employees. The restaurant is quick at making your order and they do it with such heart! Its always a pleasure being your customer!
Love taking my 5 boys to this particular Whataburger!! The staff is really what has me coming back this location has a greatset of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard!!. Orders always right and fresh?❤️Whataburger
I use to work here and let me just say, while the business cannot control and keep an eye on everyone 24/7, the GM (General Manager) placed a big emphasis on cleanliness and serving fresh food. He also understood the importance of friendly service with people. Again, they cannot control every single worker; it’s just how it is. The GM never purposely disrespected us while working and was very easygoing when I first met him. There were times where I told him about problems with an order and he agreed and corrected them. One thing he occasionally did was throw in free apple/lemon pies to the orders of customers. One time I was on break and saw one of our girl workers on drive thru crying because of a rude, disrespectful customer and he was there listening and offered the girl to go home. While yes the GM is not the restaurant, who the restaurant chooses to be the GM says a lot. I have not gone recently but when I go back down to Mission in the summer, I’ll definitely be stopping by.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was a great disappointment! Lettuce was old and when i called the manager told me that sandwich only came with one leaf of lettuce! Really!!!
Good good of course but I dislike that they don't have a baby changing station in the restroom And it's newly remodeled ! Why didn't they think of adding one?!
