I love whataburger but something is wrong with this location and every whataburger in the valley the always screw up the order I ordered a double jr with extra sides they gave me my sides but no lettuce tomato mustard I was like huh? I have gotten whataburger In San Antonio, del rio, Houston, Austin never have a problem but the valley constantly screwing up the simple of orders and I asked for ketchup with my on line order didn’t get not one ketchup… what’s going on with whataburger come on
This location has has good service, polite workers and food is usually out on time. Despite having 6 cars ahead of me I was able to order and leave in about ten minutes. So I believe that is a decent time to take orders, make them and send them out. Especially since my order was not a small one, and it was completely correct. I Definitely recommend this location.
It's good, but we had to wait awhile for just two plain burgers. The team members are nice so good job guys.
Horrible service 40 min for a salad and a burger on the Curbside Pick up! What’s the point in ordering on the App if the service is slow and incompetent! Worst location ever!
Ordered a whatacatch combo with onion rings and soda. Ended up getting raw onion rings with batter uncooked and old tasting fish that tasted like metal and was extremely chewy and dry. I called the restaurant manager after from home and got an unexpected response from manager Aidel. He challenged my complaint and stated all their food was fresh. I told him well this one wasn’t. He offered for me to come back and getting it replaced but I just said no. My stomach hurts and the first few bites I had from that nasty meal. Bad service and bad management. Oh, food is awful too!!
Love the food but don’t enjoy when they try to give attitude for telling them they forgot an item in your order
Our old Restaurant is a very nice and clean place, thanks to Aracely for helping us and for been so Friendly. Please communicate with customers when taking orders, many times the orders are * Incorrect, also keep the parking spaces clear during Breakfast.
Came yesterday to whataburger to pick up an order wife had made everything was cold called and complained Mike the manager took care of the issue i highly recommend this whataburger

Horrible service I ORDERED 2 KIDS CHEESEBURGERS PLAIN AND DRY AND THE GUY ARGUES WITH ME SAYING I ORDERED IT WRONG MY KIDS FRIES WERE THROWN IN THE BAG UPSIDE DOWN THE GUY DIDNT GIVE US ENOUGH CUPS MY MILKSHAKE WAS OVERFLOWING OUT OF THE CUP ITS HORRIBLE THE EMPLOYEES ARE YELLING AND LAUGHING AND THATS BECAUSE ITS NOT EVEN THAT BUSY employees are just standing around while the tables are really dirty.
