I don't recommend this Wendy because they serve you old food .left overs.!! You can taste the old meat and old veggies on burger.!! And the chili beans also they put old onion bits!!,I feel like they can do better.they need better service!No recomiendo sirven comida bieja !! Como que no tienen ganas de trabajar. O nada mas kieres aser dinero!! Por no tirar la comida te la revenden!!??
My friends and I went to go eat and I tried opening the door and it was closed. We got there at 8:05. We tried calling the store and they told us that it was closed. There’s no sign about closing early. The drive thru has a sign saying the lobby closes at 10pm. The manager angel didn’t even tell us anything about closing early. He could’ve said something like “sorry we are under staffed. Only drive thru is opened” just some type of communication.

Everytime I show up to this location the dining room is in disarray. Dirty tables, unswept floors, just bad. Still my kids love the food so i keep bringing them. Seems like a small price to pay to make them happy. I arrived on 2-23-22 at 830PM however to find the the doors locked. No sign, no explanation, no one to answer our knocks. Starting to feel this location is not worth all the unprofessional behavior. Included an ironic picture of a banner they have outside.Edit - they have a sign on the drive through window that says dining room hours are from 10AM to 10PM, they just decided to close early without telling anyone.
Staff friendly and efficient even as they were very busy. Especially the drive through traffic. Nice menu. Have been unable to eat here for awhile. Pleasantly surprised.
This review is based solely on this one experience. I have eaten at many Wendy's on many occasions and will continue to do so. Just maybe not this particular Wendy's. I used their app for curbside pickup. I arrived at sent the notification I was there and was told my order would be ready around 5 minutes. The store was packed at the drive thru so I knew some leeway would probably be needed. At the 15 minute mark I decided to go inside to check as it was getting close for me to go to work. They had not started my order so I respectfully asked to cancel. They told me it would be out very quickly. Another 10 minutes passed and I needed to leave. I asked once again to have my order canceled. Again they refused, even having the line "cook," a gentleman named Danny, come up to confront me. I say confront cause there was obvious hostility and frustration in his face and voice. Again this could have been avoided if they would just cancel my order and let me leave. Finally a manager, a young woman named Vavet, got on the line to rush my food. I was already late to work and as a final insult, since I was in such a hurry, they put the ingredients in separate to-go boxes. Essentially telling me to put my burger together myself. I like Wendy's a lot. The app is great and the food is generally pretty good but this was a lousy experience, enough to make me avoid this store in the future. Don't think it'll hurt there business, but there you go.
They have great daily deals and offer even more on the app.. Aside from the budget friendly small menu they also have the big pricey menu.... Which i tried today and definitely over priced and these burgers on the premium menu are super small... They don't even compare to all other restaurants. The taste was pretty good. Omg and the drive thru is the slowest... Ugh..
Restaurant has a strong ugly odor when you walk in, got food poisoning from one of their burgers. I don’t recommend this Wendy’s , you are better going to chic fi la next door.
Burgers are ok. Give it a 5 out of 10. Not very good. Fries were not fresh.
I live in this area and love going to Wendy's. I just have seen this place decline in their dinning area. Today was not the exception...I walked in to just a couple of tables occupied. I ordered and to my surprise my order took literally 15 seconds once I was given my cup for my drink...that was impressive. From there everything went downhill..fountain drink was not working as the ice was not coming out...the temperature of the drinks was awfully hot. They gave me ice from the kitchen area. I entered the dinning room area and it was almost impossible to get a table as almost all of them were dirty. I was able to find one and sat down...I was there 30 minutes eating and at no time any of the 6 employees came into the dinning room area to clean or pick up the tables. There were 7 dirty tables and two occupied by other customers. I was watching some.of the employees horsing and playing around inside the kitchen area, at one time one of the male employee was throwing something to a female employee..they both were playing around instead of doing a little cleaning in their filthy dinning room. One orher thing that is annoying and very noticeable is the amount of flies in the dinning room.I don't know if management was around or not but if they were there...they are part of the problem! If they were not there they really need to pay attention to this big issues...people notice this things and trust me...you guys are loosing customers in hard times. This pla e used to be a great place to eat but I have seen it decline every year. This was on a Friday at around 3:30 pm.
