5-21-22 took my fam of 5 for lunch,at first seems good service, but as we were eating obviously accumulated plates we had to eat on top of our dirty dishes ,For waiter we asked for some more water he ignored us actually is the WORST SERVICEAS WE ALREADY PAYING THE WAITERS AHEAD OF TIME THEY DONT WANT TO DO THEIR JOBS NO MORE.IT SAYS FEED SERVICE ON THE RECIPE TICKET.I WONDER WHY THERES VERLY CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE PACKED FOR SATURDAY
Friendly server who doubled as the counter clerk and telephone order taker. To be fair they did have a sign saying be patient we are understaffed next to the help wanted sign. It was dinnertime and almost no one was there. We ordered the botana meal for two. The chips and cheese were warm. The beef and chicken were near room temperature. The side of rice was room temperature; the side of beans was warm. The meats and rice were bland. The food came in a reasonable amount of time. No chips and salsa; you get a cup of charro bean soup which was good-and hot.
It was absolutely delicious! The wait staff was very nice and service was outstanding.
Going through the drive thru is terrible. I order ahead of time and when I went to pick up my order through the drive thru the car at the front had large order and instead of having the car park in front, it was at the window the whole time their order was being prepared resulting on getting my food cold
Very clean restaurant, prompt service, hot food that was served in abundance!!! Really enjoyed it!
HAS THE BEST WAITRESS!! Irvin Munoz! Such a great waitress and super super kind and sweet! Really recommend eating here with family and friends:)
Tostadas were boring. Chicken had no flavor. My food was sitting in water. Who puts Italian cheese on Mexican food? No guacamole and runny sour cream. No Margaritas. Waitress spoke Spanish to us. We did not understand a word. No chips and salsa. I wish I read reviews before going to this restaurant.
Staff was dismissive and seemed like they really didn't want to be there. We were served on paper plates, and not even nice paper plates but the really cheap Styrofoam ones. The Tea tastes really watered down and the sodas were flat. My tacos looked filled of meat where my partner's tacos literally had half of the same amount of meat in theirs. The potato that came with the tacos wasn't even cooked all the way. The butter seemed like the melted butter instead of real butter and the cheese was not melted either. Will not go back.
Service is TERRIBLE!! Waited 50 min and NEVER got food. Then when we walked out the waitress had the audacity to chase us out and make it seem as though we dined and dashed. We NEVER got FOOD!!! This place needs better management!! Never again!!
I was not happy when I was charged for my order, they told one price for my order but charged me other price. Also they charge 3.95% if you pay with a credit card ? they should of told me before I order. That was not right. For sure! I will not go back.
