Drinks were okay, what was so sad to see in a local business like this with so much potential and no clientele, is horrible customer service. We never got greeted. We had to be the ones that said hello. The guy who took our order never took his eyes off the phone even when he was taking our order, there was about 4 other woman employees just sitting around chitchatting. We left and no one even consider us. Poor first experience. Would never come to this place ever again.
They were kinda nice. Me and my friend came in and they took forever to acknowledge us. We got the drinks and the boba was really hard. I should've read the reviews first. ?
If I come here to spend money I expect for the facility to have a restroom for customers not having to go to subway to use theirs and to add it never a full menu always crossed out not available choices
This is definitely the worst tasting boba I have ever had. ??Monin syrups are meant to enhance the flavor of a hand made beverage not be the primary source of flavor to a glass of water, the product you end up with is a flavorless mess with popping pearls that don't pop and when they do, you are left with a nasty glob of the gel layer. I will never waste my money on this nastiness again.

Horrible service. They don’t greet you. They take forever just to take an order or make people’s orders. Two workers were there but one was pretending to work and not really doing anything. We waited over 15 min in front of the counter and no one took our order, acknowledged us or even apologized. Also it was dirty. We walked out.
First of all they don’t want to be reached. All their phone numbers are out of service and they have advertised flavors on their menu that they don’t even have. Takes a long time to receive order, not enough employees. Horrible drinks with very little, nasty boba. Should’ve listened to the reviews :(
It was my first time trying it out and if I could give 0 stars I would. As soon as I walked in it was dead silent I literally was the one that had to say “hello” and I wanted to order the smallest size of a drink and the girl said I can only get it if I buy a meal which doesn’t make sense but I just went ahead and got the next size up instead. I was excited to try out the drink and the boba had 0 and I mean zero flavor to it and as I was leaving I said “bye have a good day” and no response what so ever and that’s cause there was 5 employees there
I was pretty disappointed, it was an expensive drink and the boba was only halfway cooked and the drink had very little flavor. I would not return.
Very rude, I paid with Apple Pay and wrong card came up. I told her if she could see what card it charged and she said how should I know. She’s pretty but nothing special.
