Usually come here because, they like it at home. Well, lady upfront very rude..no customer service whatsoever. i asked could I have some crackers to go with the soup...she replies....in a very rude tone..."no..soups don't come out with crackers, but I can sell you six if you want...mm mm...I can give you two if you want. Which I respond, " Sure I'll take two crackers with your overpriced food." I wonder if I ask if the food is organic...will they display the menu contents like major food chains..or SIEMPRE NATURAL is just a catchy hook name with Horrible customer service.
Got a gift card from here as a gift. Had trouble everytime I used it. It doesn't have a # you can call. So manager called and said card was use on a day I wasn't in the valley. And asked if there was one where I had moved. Was told no. So how was it used? Never, ever will I eat here again. And I will tell everyone I know about my experience!!
So if you enjoy small hard croissants with your flavorless grape pecan chicken salad and a a super milky líquido instead of a fruit smoothie this is the place for you! And did I mention their incredibly rude, dismissive Customer service. But the very best part is their current prices wow!!! Take a look for yourself. So diner beware?
I was hired today and given my cap and 2 shirts and that I was starting on Monday? Then I got a call from HR saying my background was bad and I couldn't work. Don't you people check background before you hire people? That's the correct protocol. Very disappointed and I was honest before you hired me. You 1 star for hiring practices.
Love the chicken pecan and grape salad
We visited this location after church .we usually eat out on Sundays and we would stop at SN on 10th st we did this for a yr.until our church moved so no problem. We kinda stopped whatever was on our way. Well decided to stop at SN the food was good but the prices are really out of range. We usually would pay around 16 to 18 bucks not bad for 2 people. But when you pay for exactly the same thing almost 30.00 bucks ..now after been customers for many years we decided NOT to ever go to this or any SN..
Plates are not well served now a days less food in plate! Little expensive for salids.
Their quality of food has really diminished.
The fideo soup does not taste how it used to. It has too much chicken in it now and taste very sour like Old chicken or too much onion ??♀️. I think the soup sometimes is from the day before because it forms a jello consistency. I hope it gets better because its my favorite salad place when I visit the valley.
