I tried the spicy pepperoni thin crust pizza the taste was fairly delicious the pizza was a bit well done probably won’t get again.The customer service was fantastic!
palmview pizza hut is the worst. The past four times i got curbside and they never brought my food. i get off and its the same excuse as always “we are short staffed we are sorry” story of their life.
So I ordered online for curbside pickup. I called and waited. They never brought out my pizza; until I went inside for it. What's the point of curbside...The staff and set up for curbside pickup is useless.
They called me 20 minutes after placing my order that they didn’t have the pizza I ordered available. I don’t know why they called me sooner I was already waiting for my curbside order outside. I had to go back home and wait an additional 20 min. Got my order of ONE pizza an hour later. Ridiculous.
Everytime I come here they get my order wrong or I arrive and tell me there was no order placed. They took 20 min to let me know they did not have the pizza I ordered and they didn’t refund me the difference.
Worst experience ever, food was cold and they never answer the phone. Never again
The toppings were all there and the crust was baked exactly right, crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside.The pizza did not have enough sauce for me. Next time I will ask for extra sauce or have some at home to add.This is still my favorite way to cook.
Curbside pick up was quick and food was well done.
This is the most horrible experience I have ever encountered with any restaurant I have ever purchased from. I ordered for my food to be ready at 8:15PM as stated on my order details to leave there at 9:05 PM nearly ONE HOUR LATER. I inquired over my order atleast six times as I waited in their lobby only to be left with no response. The woman at the counter would go to the back and not come back with any information. Other orders placed after me for curbside, delivery, and pickup left while I was there even though they were ordered after mine. This information was gathered from other upset customers as we were all waiting to be treated with the respect and dignity we would receive from other competitor restaurants. Employees are absolutely useless as they don’t value this companies values and lack any sense of customer service skills at this location. Highly disappointed is a understatement to the experience I encounter today at this restaurant.
I never go out to eat bc I’m a new mom during the pandemic, so this week I treated my fam for lunch finally and the server was quite uninvolved and lost. Food is overpriced for what we were served. 10 years ago PH was our go to, now I remember why we switched to ppp. The fries are pretty good tho lol
