Ordered a large pizza and the quality sucked. I had the same pizza at the Pizza Hut at Mercedes and it was better than good. I don't know how this place is 4 star rated .Scratch this one off my list.

RAW PIZZA DOUGHOrdered a thing and crispy and noticed the dough under the cheese was raw. Brought it up to an employee and said that's how they are. I've ordered the same thing countless times and it had never been chewy and flimsy.At least he was nice enough to give me future credit.
We hardly ever complain but our last Pizza Hut pizza was the worst pizza we had ever had! My husband said eating the box it came in, would have tasted better.
Waited 1 1/2 hours called to get my money back pizza wasn’t even baking yet ,guy seemed lost all he said was I’ll return the money back thank you ? hope I get my money ! Dominos it is ✅
my pizza was awful had to do it twice and still was awful was not cooked the dough was uncooked and floppy it was delivered the first time I called and let them know so they delivered another one and I told them to cook it well done and the dough was still not done there is know way they could have cooked the pizza done in the amount of time it took them to get it to me I will never use that pizza hut again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone!!
The people working here at this location never learned how to read. The last 3 orders I’ve placed here, have all been wrong. I thought each time to give them another shot, but clearly the benefit of the doubt has worn out. This will be the last time I ever order from this location.Manager on shift was incompetent to say the least. She tried to justify the wrong order, but clearly didn’t understand that’s not what I ordered at all. Cano, if you’re reading this; please retrain this locations staff.
Pizza freshly made still hot at delivery time and my pasta was amazing.
I was real un satisfied with my order they forgot my wings and the forgot my shredded cheese in the little cup and then I call the store and the manager gives me attitude never again will I order from pizza hut
