Super clean. Friendly staff. Beautiful looking food, BUT...Don't.Zero, and I mean zero flavor. I ordered the Beef & Broccoli with fried rice. I got 2lbs of rice that tasted like cardboard, and an entire scoop of barely cooked broccoli with two of the tiniest pieces of beef (smaller than my thumbnail). I asked for some soy sauce so maybe I could choke it all down. "Sorry, we're all out."
Somehow the Orange Chicken is spicier than other locations and it makes us sick. We will not be coming to this location anymore even if it's most convenient. Will be going to Jackson one.
Lost my online order but got it together quickly while I waited. First time at a Panda Express in years. Very good food and a good value for the money. Tasted good the next day as well!
I got a hair inside a kids meal I bought at the shary Rd location. ???????? on 2-15-22 .
Food is great and always consistent. Great crew that works like a team. Please adjust the front doors. They are too heavy for most and have seen the elderly and others not being able to open the heavy front doors. This could also limit access to those with special accessibility needs.
Mission branch food is good but I've come when it's supposed to open at 11am and they don't open the doors till 11:45...also 01/02/22 and it's 7:50 and doors are closed (dine in)...only drive thru is open....shouldn't there be different hours from dine in to drive thru
We sometimes go during the day or in the evening. Today we went 45-50 minutes before closing time. I understand that restaurants close their kitchens ahead of time so food won't be wasted, but this place has done it so many times where they don't even offer some dishes anymore, even during the day!! They're always out of chow mein, kung pao, black pepper (apparently doesn't exist anymore), Beijing beef and more. Very disappointed with the service. There was more cars behind me so I don't even know what they were going to serve them, if their kitchen was already closed. Oh and they forgot my spring roll order.Disappointed.
My family and I have become huge fans of the new featured Crispy Almond Chicken Breast....It's a must once or twice a week to stop by and pick up a few plates of this specialty. It's gotten out of hand where we are told this dish is not available, no more meat, not making for the rest of the opening hours of it... until last week before my trip I wanted to see if we had any luck and was told my an employee that they have stopped making this dish due to "lack of request" as well as because not many people where doing survey towards it and of course I questioned the fact that signs promoting this particular dish is all over the building inside and outside on the menu but nothing came of it brushed it off and moved along went on my trip and well to my luck I lived not so far from a Panda Express location gave a call just to ask out of curiosity, and was told they do have it on the menu. Had me thinking about what I was told previously from a Panda Express back home. Made it back home stopped at the bank and since just around the corner was Panda Express decided to give it a go.... sure enough it was available, and plenty! Had me very confused, to the point if it's just the fact that these employees out of so much requests because I can assure it goes out real quick very popular dish in our area they really just get fed up with the popularity of it and stop making it or simply really are out of it can't seem to grasp my mind on it with what it may be or what to believe.
3 entree with 2 sides for $8? Not bad. Wonder how long it will last with how busy they've been. Lines usually long but man they move fast! Always hot food in under 5mins. Orange chicken is pretty good too. Not the best I've ever had but definitely top 5.
This is like the 4th time I go to this Panda Express and same thing 3 pieces of beef and way too much broccoli. If I wanted more broccoli I would just get my own at my house.
