Whoever is the GM should really check on the night crew. During the day this location is excellent. I don’t have any issues at all. The problem is during nighttime. I work a graveyard schedule, and sometimes I head to this location between 1am or 2am. It’s ridiculous that I can say more than 5 times in a row, I pulled up to the drive thru and no one takes my order. I’ve waited up to 10 minutes just to see if anyone is going to take the order and nothing. Literally I’m the only car or there is another car ahead of me that leave for the same reason. The curious thing is there is times when someone does reply and when they do, they tell me they are only taking cash only. Once again I’m really understanding but I find it odd that the “we are only taking cash” happened several days in a row and on different occasions, but it never happens during the day. Like I said, I’ve hold off on writing a bad review but it’s gotten out of control. I’m sure more people that live on the general area of this McDonald’s have experience this or bad service during nighttime.
Worst McDonald in the USA1. I asked which toy had and they said it was a pink toy but then they give us another toy2. I ask the cashier to ad a baked apple pay because I forgot to tell them when I was ordering and she didn't understand and she said "we don't sell apple pay"I can't believe how they can be the worst of the worstGod bless ❤️ Whataburger
Service is horrible! Went through the drive thru ordered a 20 piece nuggets, 2 double hamburgers, a large and medium fry. When we got the bag the double hamburgers had cheese and they asked back for the whole bag back gave it back to them. Then they told us to go to the next window. We only got 2 hamburgers and not the REST of the order. had to go inside to tell them that I didn't have the rest of my order! They didn't say sorry about that or anything! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS MCDONALD'S! Really poor management and staff!! The staff has bad attitude!!
Horrible customer service. Drive thru staff doesn’t even greet you they just hand your food out the window. Asked for a fresh large fry salted and they gave me old cold frys and it was a medium. Asked for an Oreo McFlurry and they were to lazy to even mix the oreos. Drive thru guy handed me my McFlurry with the cap half way on so it spilled all in my car. Smh worst experience ever.
This location…first off they dropped all my change on the ground and don’t bother to fix the issue. I couldn’t get out of my car to pick it up because of space limitations for opening my door in the drive thru. There goes my change. Then I get to the food window and they tell me to move up. Before I move up I ask them to please make sure there is extra ketchup. They come out and give me the food and there is no ketchup in the bag. I reverse back to the food window and there are 3 people standing there looking at me, talking to each other and never come to the window. This place needs new management
Very slow service, don't open in time and employees never smile. Its a shame that such a good restaurant has managers that don't care.
Went through the drive thru tried to order I asked to speak to the manager because the person taking the order didn't seem to know what he was doing then he started yelling "I AM THE MANAGER" I Asked for his name he started yelling louder I DONT HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY NAME!!! I went up to the window and asked for his name he kept yelling I'M NOT TELLING YOU!!! Seriously if that is the manager with no customer service I don't want to know how the rest of employees behave. Its sad they have someone like that representing MCDONALD'S
Is it just me or does this place not understand what "Fast Food" means. The drive through takes forever so I go inside and that takes longer. I ask for sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, think it's there, drive all the way home and there's no egg. After waiting close to 15 minutes for my order I don't care to drive back. Other places are closer and better quality.
Good atmosphere, great service, compared to other McDonald's, the other competitors like Whataburger where nearbythere were rude to me and were running outta stuff. On Ridge rd in Pharr, Tx.The Mananagement needs to change think they even closed early.
Obviously they don’t check what they’re giving out. Worst service possible. Do not go to this location.
