Well when Drive-Thru takes longer than eating at Cracker Barrel there is an issue! 5 cars in line and I drive around to see why it takes so long, there is no one being served on the other side! Dine-in is almost empty! Never again! You know there is no one holding a gun to y’alls head making you all work there! And how much they pay you and your disgusting attitude has nothing to do with me!
The food is good but the place looks dirty, I told the manager the tables were dirty, she said. (I'll send someone to clean them.) Nobody ever came,we ate everything and still nothing. They don't care bcuz McDonald's isn't theirs and they still get paid. I won't go in there ever again. I hope McDonald's sends someone to inspect. The manager was a short fat Mexican lady. I'm a Mexican too so I'm not being racist. Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen.
I didn't get her name at the drive thru window but she was great. The McDonalds app was glitching and wouldn't let me use my points as I had a lot but she called the manager and took care of it immediately like a pro!
It was a very long wait. I was at the window for 30 minutes looking inside at the McDonald's employees. It looked like a zoo with out a zoo keeper. They were all confused. They tried to give me a different order and I told them I ordered a dr pepper and chicken nuggets and they gave me a coke instead. This store is in need of major leadership and direction. They wait time was time consuming and my son was super hungry. That's why I rate this store a 0 star. Sorry!!!
Omg!! Please mcdonals workers THIS IS A KIDS PLACE....NO TOY ON KIDS MEAL PLUS WHY? YOU SERVE THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS IF YOU KNOW IS NOT GOOD, TASTE LIKE WATER WITH BAKIN SODA WHAT IF KIDS GOT SICK!! WORK IN A PLACE OF FOOD ESPECIAL WITH KIDS MENU IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE THAT REALLY LOVES THAT JOB ?????
Drive-thru is way too slow, the lines are long, parking there to dine-in sucks. The area is very tight for the vehicles. If you're in line and decide to leave before ordering, good luck. You'll be there for a while. The layout is terrible!Other than that, my food has been done as ordered so far. I always check before I leave.
Good food. Always fresh and hot. Service is good. Only go through drive through.
I ordered a cheeseburger and they gave me a burger with no cheese but with onions and ketchup? How was this even a mix up ? always seems to get everything wrong. Employees were very rude after we went inside to let them know it was their mistake and didn't give us the correct item ?
This mcdonald's night shift crew always close the drive thru at 2am or 1am for some reason this is the 4th time and its always the same chick that says we close or that the cook left and that they ran out of food never had this problem in mcallen but only in shary
