I was there on May 7 and ordered 2 pounds of Crawfish and some Chicken bites, order took 30 min to come out! I was understanding because we all make mistakes right? Since it was fathers day yesterday i wanted to enjoy some crawfish and a nice Michelada, went again and ordered 3 pounds of crawfish and Chicken bites, i was waiting for 35 minutes and never got my food! I went and told the cashier about the order and she said it would be ready, was waiting for another 12-15 min and NEVER got my food!!! ended up asking for a re-fund and leaving Mad, Hungry and Disappointed. Ive been in the one in Mcallen and Edinburg and NEVER had a problem with the wait, i would understand if it was one time but two times is already enough. And the worst part is that there wasnt even much customers at the time. Really Disappointed.
Spent almost $300 for me to get sick from the shrimp, went back and took food, the stupid cashier just called the manager and he didnt want to work anything out, it couldve ended really bad for me if i didnt get medical attention on time, DONT BUY THEIR OLD RAW SHRIMP, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! they dont care , only money hungry!! just lose a good customer
Never ever order to go. I keep forgetting how horrible it is but, it’s the closest thing to Lotus seafood in Houston we can get. I’ve had a few mix up orders but the wait for a to go order has to be the biggest problem. This will be the last time we go here. This time I ordered over the phone at 7:15 and did not receive my food till after 8:15. I ONLY ORDERED RICE AND IT TOOK OVER AN HR. My rice was somehow a combination of over cooked and undercooked. Never again!
Terrible! Cashier/waitress unfriendly. We asked for salt, she walked away. Food was over done. Won't be going there again.

Food is okay.. but ordered via their app Fourth of July and apparently they closed early(which is okay)My order still got charged contacted store and they said it’d probably be refunded, I waited. Today I called the store again because I noticed my order never got refunded (order that I never got) great customer service from the initial worker that got my call then I was transferred to the manager who displayed 0 empathy. He knew this was an order that I was obviously not able to pick up and instead of taking ownership for their mistake debated issuing a refund for an order he knew I obviously did not pick up.

18 dollars! for a basket fries drink...ridiculously salty and oily...batter they use for food taste like a generic heb brand I should’ve gone across the expressway to Mambo...SAVE YOUR MONEY!
