I love Jitterz! Love the coffee, and the place. Have nothing to complain about the product. However, I was here with my family for a few hours so naturally after a a few hours we got up to re-order some of our drinks (mind you, we’re PAYING customers buying more coffee, that’s how much we enjoy their coffee). 2 of my family members got up to order different drinks and then I got up to ask for a cup of water. The worker was having a conversation with someone when he stopped to ask what I needed, I simply asked if they had water. He replies with “man you all need too much” in other words, “you all are needy”. His comment made me feel horrible. We are paying customers, didn’t expect to be treated like this. Just looks bad on customer service. Besides that, the drinks and coffee are very good.
First timer here! ??♀️The coffee was delicious. Strong & sweet. I got the iced caramel latte. This coffee shop is so lovely. Great atmosphere to study and read.The gentleman who helped me was nice, but I wouldn’t say it was the most incredible service I received, unlike other local coffee shops. My only advice to the owner is to emphasize working with their employees on customer service and being attentive to their customers, and not chit-chatting with other employees while customers are at the counter.Other than that, I would recommend their coffee and atmosphere.
Used to be a amazing local place been a customer since I was in HS now in my late 20s but now baristas are rude and not customer service oriented, I understand price hikes but if other local places are at a lower price point ?♀️, also to add don't offer curbside if no one brings the order to yhe customer, your baristas won't even around the counter or say hello to you. The first time I was thinking okay... maybe they are busy the fourth time they both were idle and not working on orders soooooo what gives? Miss the old jitterz atmosphere.
Its a nice atmosphere, I'll give it that and DO NOT ORDER THE LATTE DEL REY, the plastic cups were cute tho#coffeemakesmesh!t#learnsomethingneweveryday

The atmosphere was really chill and relaxing here. Perfect for studying, hangout , date , or just for a quick stop. Their coffee and tea tastes amazing with a refreshing boost of energy. They have some great hot teas made from tea leaves with a wide selection variety.
The barista saw me looking confused and immediately started asking me what I like. I was still quiet, but he started making suggestions. He was reciting coffee drink recipes to me and WOW.. I was impressed! I just said "it's too early for my brain but the last drink you mentioned sounds like what I need'. It was excellent and I appreciated him taking initiative since I have no idea what I want at coffee shops. I was waiting for my BBQ box from El Sancho food truck in the back. Double bonus points for this place. ?
Eveey time I have to walk home I always stop by jitterz to order a coffee and a dessert, and I always run into the same people that work there is they're amazing to hang out with, it's my personal favorite spot to call a safe haven
