As much as I appreciate this jack in the box being one of the few that stays open late, why have they not been able to take card transactions for the past two months? Why has the manager not called for maintenance or is it protocol to say they only take cash when their understaffed? As a well known establishment it’s ridiculous they haven’t sorted this problem out im deeply disappointed not only did they not accept card but they were out of all three food combos I was interested in, who’s taking inventory? Who isn’t shipping out the inventory properly? GET IT TOGETHER
I'm not a big fan of Jack in the box has a hole, but I did enjoy the grilled sourdough chicken sandwich. It was tasty.All the tables in the restaurant were dirty, so that was not so nice
Wow, service this evening was on-point! I don't think I have EVER placed an order, received the correct items, neatly packed, and had service with a smile...ever, anywhere!AND... I placed the order, received it, and drove away in 5 minutes! ?
The best Jack in the Box in the Valley! Clean friendly environment. Workers clean tables regularly. Manager Yari and another young lady with purple tip hair were amazing and friendly. Recommend their crossaint breakfast sandwiches #22. We went during lunch rush and they were fast, efficient and ensured everything was correct in our orders, hot and great tasting. Will definitely make the drive to this one even if I have another Jack nearby.
Update: Yaya the manager tried to make it right two more times. However the food was still cold, inadequate, and incorrect.On 10/28/2020, I ordered 2 chili cheeseburger combos w/ extra raw onions on the side. (1.) I waited 10 minutes At the drive-thru window. (2.) Got back to apt, opened burger & saw NO chili or onions (not even extra on the side that I ordered). (3.) I gathered both combos, called the manager & went back. (4.) Again I had to wait 10 minutes. (5.) Got back to apt, opened burger which had a thin layer of chili sauce & 2-3 pieces of meat. Sauce layer was so thin... it's like they had taken a knife & dipped it in the sauce to spread it on the bun. (6.) Burgers were cold & without onions. (7.) Extra onions were yellow bits & pieces, instead of chopped white. During both unsuccessful visits at this Jack, it appeared that most everyone had to wait at least 10 - 15 minutes for their orders... except for the ones that only ordered a single item.I guess the Edinburg (Monte Cristo) Jack spoiled me earlier October in making my combo FRESH, had a good layer of chili sauce & meat, and chopped onions on the burger. Plus I didn't have to wait 10 minutes at the drive-thru window.

I’m giving one star because this jack in the box always closes early for some reason, even though on google it states that they are open until 2am. It would help if you changed your closing time to match your laziness.
The food was delicious. However the bathrooms were filthy toilet paper all over the floor, hair and dust all over the sink, trash can overflowing. The Drink machine had dried spilled soda all over the front of it and in the dispenser area. The tables needed to be wiped as there were Greece spots and crumbs on all of them. They had no lids for large drinks.
Burger was smaller than expected, the ice coffee is usually my go to, the regular flavor and every now and then the mocha. Only two size options to choose small or large (more like a medium).
