I went through the drive-thruI Andthe team leader was very rude to me at the window.I told him my eggs had green hot peppers in it that I didn't ask for.He didn't apologize or ask to change the order. He was belligerent and arguing w me.I refused to finish my experience w him and asked a lady to finish my order.She was very apologetic.And understood my situation.Team leader at 1123 am order #244
Waited for two tacos and had to wait for almost 50 minutes. El Pato was never like this. Waiting has gotten to be a regular routine for the employees. But for the customers who on the go, this is really sad. I wonder if Corporation is aware of this or ready don't care anymore. If El Pato keeps doing this for long they will be out of business
Their breakfast tacos are best but they're sooooo slow in the drive thru like I've never seen.
Slowest service ever. Always 30+ minutes in drive thru even if theres only 3 cars in front of you
Came in here in the late afternoon dined in great customer service wonderful attendance the cashier on this particular shift was so friendly and sweet and nice I will be coming back I enjoyed my food very much it was always hot and delicious especially their Bean tacos they're beans are so outrageously delicious I love this El Pato cuz it's so decorated very nicely and the restaurant is big and airy so you don't feel so claustrophobic like other Mexican restaurants or other El Pato restaurants this one in particular has a lot of room to walk and breathe and it's just a beautiful restaurant five stars beyond
Service was okay but food was delicious. We even had dessert. Coffee, cheesecake and chocoflan were delicious too. I especially liked the chicharrón con huevo!
Not the best experience, cashier was a bit rude. Thought it be better from last time, but I guess she hates working there.
Poor service!! Since we ordered !! Asked for chorizo and egg taco and another one ala Mexicana and the lady asked ala mexicana with what and her remarks is like you just want your taco with “tomatoes Chile and onions” obviously it goes with egg ??♀️ then we sit down the other lady takes our food and her remark was “so many tacos “? what the heck with this kind of service !! Not going back with this kind of employees ??
This place makes the Best Corn Tortillas, handmade. Better not only than the other El Pato places I have visited, but than any other restaurants and homes [don't tell my mom or 6 sisters] in the USA, Mexico and the wholle world, handmade or factory. They are big, about 7-8 in diameter, but thin and well cooked. I had 2 this morning w sausage n eggs and potatoes w chorizo, green n red sauce, coffee, taxes, no tip asked, x less than $5. I mixed all the ingredients and got 2 huge/fat patos w 4 ingredients each. Delicious ?. I which they do them the same at el pato on bus 83 n Bryan, closer to my home.
The food is good, however sometimes it takes longer than it should to get the food out for people in the drive through lane.
