Worst customer service from the same worker every time I’ve gone.Their was only one car on drive thru and I was on hold for 5 minutes or more . She kept saying “I’ll be right with you” .We don’t have time to wait . They need to give this girl a break. She’s always there. Maybe she’s overworked.
I ordered by phone ? and they took my ordered five tacos 3 beef bean and cheese and 2 bean and cheese and I was so happy because I love El Pato restaurant but this is my second time coming to this restaurant messing up on my order I understand that it was lunch hour and it can be busy but it’s not excuse going back to return the tacos and then they take almost an hour to get a reorder just because the staff messes up and I get home and I open up my tacos and they mess up again like really don’t they want me to come back to their business or what they didn’t even offer and free drink for messing up on the first place I’m just not going to place anymore I would give them a star but it’s not worth giving them it I’m just very disappointed in the restaurant and the nastiest taco they give me all dry and it suppose to be beef bean and cheese it looks all dry not even my dog wanted to eat it of how bad service was it
Went by today ordered the daily special of taquitos a La Mexicana. Coffee and chicken guisado/cheese.The rice and beans were excellent- the taquitos were very authentic- fresh had extra grilled onions the pico de gallo and green salsa were fresh and tasty. Vicky the clerk took my order and got it perfect -high five for this team on Brian in mission! High five for the excellent cooks! 01.05.2022.
They burn my flour tortillas but they made me so fresh ones and there were good thanks
Slow, gross, all around bad food. They were extremely slow, but it didn't matter, because the slop they sell is the fakest Mexican food around. The workers were very friendly and kind, but bless their heart, they're peddling garbage. Avoid at all costs, from all locations.
The service is very slow. I was there this morning for two tacos and it took him 30 minutes so they could get them to me.?
Waited an hour to get my order of 8 tacos and when I got home the entire order was wrong. The cooks just threw anything in my bag. I called to resolve this and the employees place me on hold. Been on hold now for 20 mins and I’m starting to think they aren't coming back on the line. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I saw about 8 employees and 5 were cooks so you can’t say the problem was they were short on staff.
El Pato will never change !!! Thay have the best foods ever .My family enjoy the breakfast tacos !!! THERE tortillas Omg The Best !!!! GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT FOODS!!!

Don't even bother ordering online. A lady in front of me and I both had placed an order online, and they didn't even have it or received the order. Felt uncomfortable clients in dining room looked displeased as well, as they were waiting for their order. This is why I always opt out on buying El Pato. Drive thru ordering takes long and they are always understaffed.
