Ok this El Pato needs improvement quickly!!! Ok the inside was very clean and the service was great, however I ordered the assorted plate and the beans weren’t even warm!!! The taco was hot and fresh but the rice and beans weren’t and the enchiladas were tasteless!!! Now I know why I was the only customer there and the only cars in the parking lot were the employees cars!!! Never going back ever!!!
I go often but this visit El Pato the tacos tortillas was Soo small it wasn't like before they put too little food small taco
Ordered Fajitas Nachos! I can understand being skimpy on fajitas but the Nachos chips were barely more than a handful!
I used to give them a five but it seemed that my beef and cheese was dry and not as moist with gravy like I loved them .
Always great tacos/Patos can never go wrong. Only downside is I noticed tacos with egg end up being less filled than others.
When you ask for your tortillas well done and you get home only to find out they are super white. So disappointed.

I used to love this place but it seems staff shortages are hurting. We were served on a dirty tray, my eggs were not fully done, and I’m home now sick with food poisoning. Until staffing shortages are resolved I’d stay away!
Worst service. Slow and manager was rude. Gave two people the same number and wrong orders. Worst experience ever - John Garcia (manager)
Last few visits over the last year have been okay. Stopped by tonight (6:30pm) for dinner and the food was EXCELLENT!! Guisada enchiladas, guisada chalupa, fresh chips...well done. Store was very clean. Great job to Alexandria and the night shift cook.
