They just remodeled this Denny’s. It look nice. Had 9 grain pancakes. Not bad.
Worst dinning experience ever! I've always enjoyed going to Denny's, it's our go to place for my husband & me. This Denny.s in Sharyland was bad. Booth was gross needed to be wiped down, said they had nothing to clean with & they were out of napkins. Even for meal brought us brown restroom napkins! Child in our group ordered one thing,macaroni & cheese, & they were all out! Poor management, when things like that happen. Manager walking around but didn't even have the courtesy to stop & ask if everything was okay now. She'd pass by looking the other way, instead of guest. Waitress & busboy were attentive & busboy acted more like the manager. He apologized for the inconvenience, cleaned, helped waitress, & very attentive till we finished our meal & left. Waitress might have been new, but was at least trying. Manager was a total "Space Cadet," her conduct & interaction with employees left a lot to be desired!
Fast and friendly service, good prices, and good food. Our waitress was Emelin and she was awesome! Who could ask for more!
There was a lot of people waiting for a table, which isn't the restaurant's fault, but we got seated at 11 after waiting 20-30 minutes for a table and our food didn't get to our table until almost a full hour later and two of the three items were cold. Also my omelette was mostly on the plate but it looked as if they tossed it on my plate without a care. We had ordered the fully loaded nachos as an appetizer and they were definitely not fully loaded. There was a rare bell pepper or two but not all the ingredients were on the plate. The waitress tried to make this experience better and she was mostly attentive. They might've been understaffed in the kitchen or something.
We usually got to IHOP decided to have breakfast here and ended up disappointed. ordered boneless wings and got traditional because they ran out of boneless didn't ask if we were okay with the change. The wings were not fully cooked breakfast was okay but prefer IHOP sorry Dennys
Great restaurant, amazing service and even more amazing food! Will definitely come back with friends.
The worse dinner ever. We ordered burgers. They came with no pickles, 2 very small onions, fries over cooked looked burned and greasy, never got our water and napkins. I sent my order back did not eat it. Managers excuse we ran out of items. Me .. you should advise your customers when ordering.
I left hand gloves on table. I tried calling line was busy. I went over but manager was too busy and did not seem to care. Waitress said she would call me back to find out about gloves never did. It has been a week. I will no longer do business in this location.
Waitress was new and took long to bring our order. She forgot our pancakes and brought me this… I asked for pancakes not for these hard and burnt pancakes.. Never again that’s for sure!!!
Good service and delicious food. It's on Shary so it's busy most times but the seating goes by rather quick. I enjoy coming here with my family, friends, and sometimes by myself because there's nothing wrong with treating yourself ?
