i LOVE their cookie dough blizzard. that would be the food item i would pick if i was on death row. all jokes aside their icecream is amazing and is better than any other fast food chain’s icecream. it’s worth the price in my opinion. they are also always really quick and the staff is nice and does that cool trick of turning your blizzard upside down.

This DQ is generally good with our orders, but there have been a few times when they forget a little bit of every meal (the fries for one meal, BBQ sauce for another, and cheese for mine). I generally don't mind because the employees are quick to correct the mistakes and I have yet to get anyone that has been rude, but today it was a bit too much mistakes. Overall, it's still our preferred DQ but it does have room for improvement!
Ordered the tacos ? with nacho cheese for lunch I am a frequent customer, unfortunately this time the cheese ? was water down and I told them there response was it’s always like that, no its not but I was not in the mood to argue so just asked for my money back poor service
Great banana split, however confused the heck out of the teller when I gave her 20.04 for an 8.64 bill. She had know idea how much change to give me. Poor training. I finally told her 11.40!!!!!
Wife ordered her usual Heath Blizzard, LARGE!Had stopped ordering in Indianola, Iowa, due to poor quality and LACK of HEATH!
Incredibly slow service, made us pull over and wait with several other vehicle's for 20 minutes for a small blizzard and cone. You would think they would upgrade the order at least for the inconvenience. Highly NOT recommended. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!
We waited over 15 minutes for a burger. There was a lot of people waiting and the staff seemed to be playing around instead of tending to the orders.
They need a manager that can actually manage Backed up so by the time you get your items food is cold ….you have wrap around thru drive … going to Conway location from now on
