Raw biscuits, missing food…

Ordered fried chicken was OK. I would not go back food was average. Chicken was crispy with too much battered coating.
I asked for half spicy half regular and extra gravy got only regular no extra side of gravy I called and nobody picks up ruined our meal
The service is usually friendly and helpful. My only complain was that we had to wait about 15 minutes for the chicken after we ordered it.
Ordered the Texas Grande meal and a side of okra when I got to the window I asked Jaqueline E if she had put the okra in the bag she confirmed she did and when I got home guess what. Yep no okra ruined my dinner. Very disappointed and don't try to call seems like the phone is always busy
Wasn't very hungry after that smell! Makes one feel like the food is contaminated.let me know when it's fixed and we'll go back
Chicken, jalapeño poppers. Biscuits and oils were so yummy! Visiting from California so it was real treat since we don't have one where I live.
Chicken had no flavor...tried complaining and was told that I could get my order free next visit. Why do I want another order of flavorless chicken? Tried complaining to customer service number...no response...a month later called again, notes says I was refunded money...BS...requested a response from regional manager...2 weeks later still no response.
