I went to chick fil a todayWas “helped” through drive through and was giving such a awful service from the employee Devanny. She kept messing up my order and asking us to repeat order In such a rude, unfriendly and negative attitude. Never have I experienced such treatment at Chick-fil-A was very disappointed when I asked to speak to manager no apology was directed our way nor was he professional and attentive to when we were trying to explain the issue we had with his employee.
Amazing customer service, they are pretty quick about taking your order out.
I was ordering and the lady said she couldn't hear me, so I raised my voice so she could hear my order, and she had the audacity to say not to yell at her. I thought I had raised my voice enough where she could hear me. She needs more training on how to speak to customers. I am now going to the Palmurst location.
This specific place always messes up my order, I never go back because by the time I see what's inside the bag, it's too late. Even though they repeat it 3x. Morning or afternoon they messed up my order.
The cashier Lizabeth. One of the outdoor cashiers in the drive through has horrible customer service. Every time I go to Chick-fil-A I always feel welcomed. But this young lady was being rude. On top of that I asked for the meal large and they put medium fries. Not only that but she didn’t put the sauces correctly after I told her 2 Buffalo sauces like 3 or 4 times. Horrible she should get a write up or fired. Thank you hopefully you guys take this into consideration.
Very clean, staff very nice,the most the one that is always cleaning the tables, she desinfect every empty tables as soon customer leaves from restaurant. Congratulations!! Only one detail, the food is now greasy, and before was a very good and delicious chicken sandwich, just limit the oil ,please! Thanks
Awesome, they are a uivk no matter the size of the line. Their app is easy to use, curbside is a blessing especially because of COVID-19. Friendly people with good attitudes good food to go with it.
