Great service with ordering but horrible restrooms they need to fix the toilet paper dispenser

I normally try not to eat fast food. Yesterday was an exception, so we ordered the 2 for 10 and a order of nuggets. The food was good, but the girl that took our order was rude. I asked for buffalo sauce and she gave me ranch. So I waited for them to come back, I waved them down, and she knew… she saw me waiting in the drive thru, the rep next to her told her, but she just didn’t want to come… the young man came and opened up the window, and I just asked to exchange the sauce… he was nicer then her!

This is so sad. Literally right when I walk in the 5 girls in front where all saying “not it, not it, not me” while I’m right in front of them waiting for one of the girls to take my dang order. They were all just looking at me giggling while I waited so I just left. Worst ever 3/16/2022

I am very disappointed. This evening i went to the location at f.m. 495 and conway ave in mission tx. Unfortunately was unable to even pay for my food. There was an issue with this location leaving customers stranded in the drive thru. I approached an made my order thru the drive thru intercom and then proceeded to wait approximately 20 min in the drive thru. There was a car in front of me that had already paid but after 15 min of this customer waiting still hadn't received their food and no one had approach the drive thru window to inform customer what was transpiring with their order . Unfortunately i was in the middle between the pick up windows and the car stationed behind me with no way to exit the drive thru. After waiting approximately 5 more minutes i asked the customer in front of me to proceed forward so that i could exit the drive thru. I then proceeded to drive around and go inside the store. I requested from one of the employees to request the manager and said manager was assisting another employee at the register with another customers order. While waiting for the manager on duty to complete transaction with employee and customer. I looked over to see numerous bags of food sitting on the expedited counter and numerous food items waiting in the warmer. I provide no exaggeration that the food was piling up that you could no longer see the food warmer. As soon as manager finished transaction I inquired as to the store manager name and the owner name and proceeded to tell me we don't give out that information there is a sign on the door to issue a complaint . I asked " why would a person have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru receive no food or at least pay for said order. " Manager responded " I am short handed " in a very loud tone. I advised the manager that why were the individual in the drive thru provided with at least an option instead of waiting more than 20 min in the drive to proceed to take business elsewhere or at least advised of the situation. Manager stated in a very loud tone " i don't control the customer at the window " I advised that there should be no reason to be combative or argumentative. I advised the manager that to at least instead of having customers wait 20 or more minutes in the drive thru at least could have expedited customers so that we could have made an informed decision to dine at the establishment and wait or we can proceed on our way. Manager responded once again combatively " i m done arguing with you " and proceeded to walk away. I guess this is the way BK does business since this specific location has had many issues in the past. I supposed this issue will fall on deaf ears since i have informed of similar situations in the past and no resolution was ever completed. You lost a customer today due to the unfortunate incompetence of the manager on duty. Cannot believe did not even receive an simple apology from anyone at this store. i hope the other diners in the drive thru file similar complaints. Since there are cameras in this facility i would advised to look over those recordings and see that the info is accurate 3/11/2022 6.50 pm to 7.20 pm

Lost a customer. The girl was eating fries grabbing them with her hands from where they keep the fries! Disgusting. They should not even be eating in the kitchen with masks off let alone from where they give you your fries! Will never come back thats just unacceptable.

Service was good. The restaurant was clean. Only issue was the bread for my burger was not fresh.

They didn’t ask if I wanted to each inside they just gave me the bag like if they wanted for me to leave. Had to eat on dirty table. Just ask the person if they dining in or take out how hard is that.

Good Fast food, what you would expect with reasonably service which lacks that presentation.

The place is pretty fast compared to some of the other BKs I've visited. They almost always get the orders correct. Yes, humans make mistakes. I'd recommend this place to others.
