I want to start off by saying, we’re in Midlothian, the majority of the people that live here are WELL OFF financially and yet the rude and impatient reviews are telling.I ordered my food online on a Friday evening. Est. 30 mins. I arrive to pick up and the place is PACKED!! Most people are waiting for their food and the kitchen shows to have like 10+ tickets theyre working on. So to paint the picture…ITS BUSYY!!The employees were handling it extremely well, trying to stay calm and collected the whole time. I give them huge props! I’m glad I didn’t encounter any rude customers but I’m sure some people were tired of waiting. I believe I got my order an order after placing it online but I had no trouble waiting for it.I write this review to let the team know that I appreciate them and their hard work. I enjoyed my meal!Also to let whoever owns this location know that you definitely need more staff or a bigger location. Because it’s not fair to have 7ish team members handle all of midlothian on a Friday evening. Like cmon! ITS POOR PLANNING and will end in disaster since clearly people aren’t nice.
They were busy to the point of my onlie order scheduled for a later pickup placed by wifey was late. And i didnt receive drink cup and didn't ask, not knowing we had paid for those. Add on the fact this loc is very inconsistent with wing seasonings/sauces it was mediocre.
Ordered online & sat down in restaurant to eat. Everything was clean & the staff was friendly. Our food was fresh and hot & made on time. First time in a while I actually received good fries from a Wingstop and not just skins. Everything was great for us except the music. It was Bruce Springsteen Sirius station, so annoying.
I ordered from Midlothian Wingstop. Apparently, the DoorDash driver picked up the wrong order, so I got someone else’s order. I called Wingstop, and thought I was screwed.NOT the case. Wingstop made this right. They had another driver bring me my correct order, and kept me informed.I have to give 5 stars to this Wingstop for doing the right thing.
My wife ordered online and had to go back and return the first order and waited for 30 minutes before she got the right order to find out that it was wrong again! And they were rude! Won't be going back anytime soon! Will start going to Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings!
Worst experience yet at a Wingstop. The staff doesn’t care enough to even wipe down the tables, they barely pick up the scraps that fall off trays. They watched as I cleaned a table for me and my wife. Then instead of getting food out there just hanging out, I am currently sitting at the table still and it has been an hour, STILL NO FOOD. Very disappointed and Wingstop owner should be more involved and these employees should have some kind of care for the customers. I should have known better because trying to order pickup here is a joke also. I hope they get there stuff together this is sad! Won’t be back, Buffalo Wild Wings it is!
I’ve tried this wingstop a few times and each time was worse than the last. This was the last straw. All of the food was cold. I asked for everything to be cooked well done and nothing was close to being well done, and the barbecue wings that has sauce were drenched while the others had no sauce. The boneless wings were cold and had no lemon pepper sauce at all. Never again.
Ok I'm not a big wing eater. But this place is all nasty! Something wrong with the drink machine even. Got 10 price combo, the whole thing especially the fries that looked to be good were just waaay to salty to eat. Been in Midlothian since 78. This is the 2nd worst I've seen. Worst being that catfish place we had by Taco Bell, with their under cooked/ or over cooked their daughter was running the place.
Terrible experience, got there food still wasn’t ready. No big deal. Order was completely wrong, brought it to there attention, order took over an hour to correct. Wait times are one thing, getting the order wrong is another, but having to wait over an hour to get the order correct is insane. This entire process took over 2 hours. Mansfield Wingstop ain’t for us anymore.
I ordered 8 piece combo meal with classic parm flavor. The food wasn't horrible but it had a slight plastic aftertaste. I have a defect in my olfactory nerves so odd smells or tastes are common. Immediately after eating, I began to feel queasy and watery mouth. Made it to the sink just in time to puke it all down the drain. Won't be going back.
