very good and delicious food it was very good burger and fries
Update 5/2022: I was fully compensated several weeks later when I asked again nicely, they were very understanding, and the food was incredible. Just depends on which team you pull in on, either they are dope or slow pokes.Original:Slowest location, and I saw the manager throw away the burger I was waiting on while being passive agressive to their employe's. After waiting 15 more minutes inside, I was told the purchace would be refunded, and a month later it has not been. I was not mad, I am just posting this because i wish I knew how bad the experience here was before losing money and time.
Drove out of my way to this particular location to order a couple of Taquito's because my regular Whataburger location is in the midst of a remodel. Waiting 12 minutes in line behind only two cars. Finally, at the window I was informed that they were out of salsa. This was the third time for me visiting this location in as many years, and the third time they've been "out of salsa". This time, I canceled my order. Upon return of my money the tall & rotund cashier flipantly replied..."Have a nice day". No apology, no thank you... just an apathetic 'tude.. That's management's fault all the way around. You get one star only because there are no zeroes.
Was in line for 25 minutes only to have my order wrong.. but the employees could talk and laugh with those in the dining area
Walked in. Didn’t even order. Bonnie (worker there) says it will be 30-40 min wait. I asked who the manager was since there was 8 people back their working. She said Ruben. Then says I was just trying to let you know. I understand when you’re busy. I’ve been in the restaurant business myself. To automatically tell someone it’s going to be 30-40 min in a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. Hoping this finds the right person. You should know what your employees are telling customers.
Easy on / off access from 287. They had quite a drive-thru line for 9ish PM on a Saturday. But they got through it fast, and our order was accurate and delicious. I totally recommend.
Been here twice on my way to work early in the morning and I won’t be coming back. Both times I haven’t received any fresh fries, both times they tasted like they have just sat out and were microwaved to reheat them. Only one item I ordered tasted decent. Honestly it’s disgusting food and I hate that I even wasted my money at this location. Should probably find a new cook. Just saying.
My husband & I had lunch here today & the nicest manager took our order & brought our food to the table. Thank you Shonda for the excellent personal service!
Stopped for a strawberry shake and a couple other shakes. Dinning room was closed so had to wait in Drive thru line for 3 drinks to be ordered. Left the DT and placed my order with the app only to wait 30 min. Again for only 3 shakes....
Omg it's sooooooo slow it took 15 minutes to get my food and it was only one order
