I had the worst experience this morning for a morning breakfast. I had to call back to see what time they open. The person in charge said the Drive is open for Twenty Four hours and the quality of the food indicates that quality. The food was horrible and the coffee was cold. I was there at 5:30 in the morning thinking I would get fresh food that was only a wish. I waste $15.10 would have been better if I lost that money. I ask the cashier if the insulation on the cup was that good due to the fact the cup wasn't hot. She told me the coffee was fresh what a joke. I would give it a negative star but couldn't. My order number is 522580. The lady behind me saw me at work and she was complaining about the speed of service. I had to wait and still got bad food.
ive been sitting in this drive through for over 30 minutes stuck in line cause they took my payment at the menu before driving around. i called in asking what is the problem and can I get my money back just to be hung up on. This is breakfast food that I have ordered and there was only a few cars in front of me like shut the whole place now if it takes over 30 minutes to get a drive-through order!
Keep slowly getting worse I feel. Other locations are fine but this one needs some help. I always seem to have issue with orders being wrong. It’s not fun to get home and find out you’re missing items on your burger, especially when you waited so long
I’m a manager at Whataburger and I understand the wait can be long and mistakes are made, we are human beings and right now in a time of low staff our employees are learning and really trying to do better and learn. We are trying to be more personal and get your name at the speaker and have your food hot and prepared properly. Give us a chance as our speed and service is getting better. Your food from Whataburger is never pre- made and put in a warmer , sitting .. it’s made to order
You really need to read this review??? Cmon, its whataburger! They have the very best of the fast food burgers. I will say that branded burger down the street is an equal competitor(actually better) but as far as "big chains" go, whataburger is the finest. I'd go for the mushroom swiss if i were you. You can't go wrong with any option though, so if your going to increase your chance of cardiac arrest, this is the place to do it at.
I’ve ordered from here before but today’s visit was the worst!First they forget my cinnamon roll; I ordered the breakfast sandwich and they gave me fries because apparently there was no hash brown. (Fries were cold and hard tasted horrible)The sandwich didn’t have the hash brown and sauce was sloppy. The cinnamon roll was not even warmed up guess they pulled it from the freezer or whatever. The cashier was going off about someone there very unprofessional.
Don’t leave before you check your order. Been going to this Whataburger for several years without issue. The last three times in a row I went they have forgotten items I paid for, made the order wrong, or given me something I didn’t order. Same goes for relatives who’ve gone here. So learned my lesson and won’t be going to this Whataburger again.
Excellent Service! My meal was ready in secs before I even had my drinks filled up! I recommend this Whataburger for people around midlothian.

The manager learned out the window to yell at me about ordering a #1. I'll never go back again. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Definitely going to call corporate. She was beyond rude and exhibited poor managerial skills.
