Rudest staff i have ever seen at any fast food Restaurant. None of the staff should even be allowed to continue to work at that place and my family and I will no longer go to this Wendy's ever again impossibly Wendy's. None of the staff should even be allowed to continue to work at that place and my family and I will no longer go to this Wendy's ever again and possibly any Wendy's period. This wendys is only acceptinh cash which Seems a little off concept off considering it's the 2nd time this has happened at this location with this location within the last couple weeks Hopefully corporate fully corporate we'll catch on to this and take care of the situation because I couldn't even eat my food after dealing with those type of people . This manager should be fired For allowing this type of behavior
What a waste of a restaurant, we have very few choices and someone decides to put in a Wendy’s with employees who are not supervised. I went through the drive thru, sat for 3 or 4 min and had to ask “Hello”, a girl asked if she could take my order. I start to order and she told me to hold on. Fine, 5 min later still nothing, mind you, I’m the only car in the drive thru and there’s one car in the parking lot so it’s not like they’re overwhelmed with business. I drive around to park, I go inside and there’s 3 kids playing on their phones, the drive thru person looks like she’s trying to stock and at the same time she looks confused. All the kids run to the back, then the manager comes to tell us the dine in is closed, only the drive thru is opened. Are you sure cuz I just sat forever trying to order 2 things. Poor example of a manager, his shirt was untucked, wrinkled and stained. Instead of telling us to leave he should have said I’m sorry, How can I help you. Trust me drive to Waxahachie, it’s worth your time and effort.
Worst Wendy’s ever! I have given them several chances and today was last time I order from them. Usually the lady working there is on her phone talking and gives the order wrong, which has happened several times already. Today, the guy working there served us RAW chicken breakfast sandwiches. I tried calling to let him know before someone gets sick and no one answered. I wasted gas and $18.48. I’ve contacted corporate office but I doubt that helps. I advise anyone looking to just go somewhere else. Not worth it!!!
Management please respond so I can tell you about your store.Teenage staff hanging around the drive-thru window laughing, playing and cursing while the line is wrapped around the corner. No one was working. Sat in line for over 10 minutes. But I felt for the truck that was pulled up in front of me. He was still waiting for his order and he had been waiting there a while.
Based on (attempted) visit on Thursday, June 16, 2022 around 4:45 PM.My wife and I arrived at the drive through lane, with a thought that we could get a couple of small Frostys, as it was a hot day. There were about three cars in front of ours, and there was some movement, as cars were moving up from the ordering station to the payment window. After the car in front of us moved away from the ordering station, we drove up. There, a female voice proclaimed to us, "I'll get with you in a minute". With some patience, we waited for her to return. While we waited, we heard laughter and random conversation through the speaker, and coming presumably from inside the restaurant. After about three minutes of this, and as the number of cars behind us increased, a man in the truck behind us asked us, "Still waiting on them?", to which we replied, "Yes". He replied, "Happened to me, too". After another two minutes, we said "Hello? Hello?" to the speaker, with the inside conversation continuing. As the staff continued to ignore us, we then drove off. Did not even have a chance to make an order.Seeing the other 1-star reviews, I am not surprised. There is something very wrong with the way this Wendy's operates and how it treats its (potential) customers.I'd imagine that a majority (maybe 75%) of this location's potential customers would come from the area within five miles of this location. People living or working near there. A smaller percentage would probably be one-timers, coming off of US-287. As the workers (and likely management) of this location continue to squirrel-around, that majority will get wise to their antics and stop coming by. No service = no customers = no money = no Wendy's.There are much better options in the area. Until this crew can get it right, don't bother coming by this location. Get your Frosty fix at another Wendy's - which we did.
Dining room closed, but didn’t have a sign up and didn’t tell me until after I ordered my food. Nice people, service was fine, just I wanted to sit down and eat, not in the truck. 7 employees in the kitchen, and somehow couldn’t have the dining room open at noon on a weekday
What is wrong with this Wendy's? Just ordered there through the drive thru, large order for sure. We ordered 4 of the $5 Biggie bags and 7 of the 4 for $4. We asked for plain and dry on 7 and the 4 all the way. We ended up with 11 of the 4 for $4 and all were made very sloppy. To make matters worse the workers forgot to turn the speaker off at the drive thru so we heard the horrible way they were talking about a large order. I must assume the management and employees of the store do not want to make money for this location. Please reevaluate the need for employees with some customer service experience or at minimum the desire to learn
I haven't been to this location in over 6 months and now I remember why. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at. The fries were old and soggy. The were out of most of the soft drinks, the burger looked like it had been cooked a couple hours before, and finally the service was ridiculous. It was like I was interupting on them just to order anything. I won't be back and don't recommend any one else to eat here. If the franchise owner can't get it right Wendy's corporate should revoke his franchise
Stopped by on 4/10 around 4:00pm to get a frosty for each of my family members. The lobby was not open for some reason ( Sunday afternoon? ). We sat in the drive thru for approx 15 minutes before getting to the speaker to order. We sat there for 3 minutes without getting a response. I spoke and asked if anybody was there. A female employee came over the speaker and said to hang on. I waited for another 2 minutes before she came back on and asked for my order. I told her I needed 3 frosty’s. She said the frosty machine was not working. I spent a total of 20 minutes without ordering anything. Very disappointed that the lobby wasn’t open on a Sunday afternoon, because I would have gone inside instead of wasting 20 minutes of my afternoon waiting for an item they didn’t even have. I won’t go back to this location.
I have only eaten here once since it has opened and ive tried multiple times. (I have lived in midlothian for 25 years) They honestly need to get someone to train the people there. Its is horrendously slow and the customer service is bottom of the barrel bad. I live wendys but i cant get myself to go to this one. Id highly recommend skipping it to save yourself from massive hassle.
