Poor customer service, I was sent away with no tacos
The food is always delicious no matter what you order. I have had breakfast burritos there, taco dinners and Elotes. Delicious and hot everytime. I only wish they were open dinner hours during the week. Other then that I love this place!
I ordered some tacos and an elote, my tortillas on the tacos were extremely cold and hard . And my elote was also cold . Never been this disappointed in a taco shop before
The BEST taco place in Ellis County. Fact. We moved from California and have been searching for authentic Mexican food and this place does not disappoint. Baja style incredible Mexican food! The salsas the carne asada ?
The food here is amazing! I love the shrimp tacos for lunch. Definitely need to try if you haven’t already.
Taqueria 287 is a great little taco shop. It's obvious that they use high quality ingredients in everything they make. They have a truly amazing green sauce in my opinion. Give them a shot if you want great authentically styled Mexican street food.

Just had their taco plate which consisted of the classic three with a side of rice and beans. They let me pick which ever tacos I wanted, which is awesome, and they were freaking delicious! Thanks so much the staff that work there who are kind and cook such tasty food. You guys rock!
Fast, friendly and tasty!!! We ordered 2 taco plates, one carne asada and one al pastor. The food was absolutely great. Service was awesome and very fast. It wasn’t even a full 10 minutes before we got our food and they were pretty busy!The only part I didn’t enjoy was the horchata. I’m not a fan of Klass instant horchata so I barely drank my drink.Affordable food, give them a try!
