People that work fast food these days will not over exert themselves in no way shape form or fashion! They didn't even say hello..."can you use the portal we are short handed"... they should have just locked the door and just serviced through the drive thru since it was 10 to 15 cars deep anyway! One girl was low key texting, the other girl didn't care about nothing but stocking cups in the mean time half of them were on the floor That was the MOST PITIFUL TACO BEĹL...and our food was in a bag and we said DINE IN?♀️?
This place is usually a good spot to get take care of your hunger. However this particular night we had a very rude take out window clerk. Seems my wife ordered a "freeze" drink and when said clerk handed her the cup, my wife realized it wasn't what she ordered. Sure there was a miscommunication, but that clerk just felt the need to get mentally combative. Sucking her teeth and snatching my debit card. Instead of just giving my wife her correct order, she had to have an attitude. On top of this, she didn't even put napkins in the bag... There was no need for all the theatrics. Everyone else that works here , who we've dealt on other days never had an ugly attitude as she did that day..
Everything always tastes fresh. The chips are crispy and not stale and you can still get a regular gordita here
Real authentic mexican food. They do it right here! Yes, they coulf bring back the mexican pizza or put the bean burrito back on the value menu but still, midlo taco bell is my favorite late night stop.
They took in my opinion, one of the best items off the menu, the quesarito. The only way to get it is to place a mobile order. I tried to go online and place an order, however their website was down. I went through the drive through and the person taking my order was very rude and refused to make a quesarito. I get that it’s online only, but why refuse to make it when your website is down… pregnant wife was not happy.
Not bad for Taco Bell. Service is good. Drive through person was friendly.They were quick putting together my fairly large order. No complaints. Food is not bad.
Check your food bags before you get home. I ordered $20.00 worth of food. They stuffed a bag and said all my food was in there. When I got home I was missing 5 items. Had to go back and get my food. I get everyone makes mistakes and stuff happens but this is the 3rd time they've messed up my order. Go to Taco Casa or Cedar Hill Taco Bell instead.
Horrible place to eat they didnt have the sauce for the food we wanted which it ok so we ordered $30 worth of food when we got home theres no meat hardly in the crunchwrap chalupa's or burrito supreme ordered a supreme doritos locos taco with our meal got charged $1.50 extra not only was it not a supreme theres no meat once again. it was like they were running outof meat and was to lazy to make more .i feel like i paid $30 for tortillas and lettuce just go to taco casa youll be alot happier with your experience
Great food but they forgot napkins and hot sauce - asked for extra of both
My Chicken Quesadilla was missing the Chicken. Taco was good.
