It was super disappointing. We sat in the drive through for 6 minutes and no one said anything the entire time. We went inside and 2 employees were standing there just talking. We ordered. The cashier wasn't pleasant. The food wasn't great. Won't be going back.
Came in and ordered 7 burgers, all with different things in them. I got the burgers and fries in under 10 minutes, all correct and beautifully cooked.The young man at the register was enthusiastic and helpful. The man who was cooking was fun to talk to.The store was very clean and looked welcoming.I have never left a review before but this small fast food spot in a gas station was to impressive not to.
First I’m a die hard Steak ‘n Shake fan but this location is by far the worst place! Get charged for beverages but don’t have any to offer! Ask for one ranch dip and was gonna be charged! Here with my grand kids and the employees are playing explicit music very loud! My last visit for sure!
Those guys are making sure the Customer is Happy. Nothing but kindness and great service. Will Definitely Dine in again.
The gentleman in the drive through was fun and courteous. The food was better than expected. Great job.
I paid full price for a not all the way up shake is ridiculous. And then you let them know that is 3/4 full and they get mad at you. Shame on them. Worst strawberry shake ever. A big NO NO!
The food was good I'd love to give this a better review but literal no one was in the restaurant and EVERY table saw dirty. I finally found a place at the bar to sit but I'd have preferred to sit at a table. Staff was friendly enough and my order was correct
By far the worst Steak N Shake I've ever eaten at. The milk shake had very little thickness, my Wife's sandwich tasted sour and had no vegetables on it. The French fry was kinda stale and had a onion ring taste to them. I'm assuming the grease was old. We tossed 90% of the 22.00 meal. The only good thing I can say is the place was atleast clean.
Food is always good.. the only problem is they stopped serving jalapeños and I like to have those on every Burger.... ?
I don’t know what that Sarah girl is talking about, I go to this location every day for the happy hour special for the girls in my office! The girls I always see and talk to that work there are amazing! They always have smile on their faces! They always call me Mrs.lane and always take care of me!! I think some people need to just appreciate the ones that take care of us in these hard times!!Love you ladies and gents. — Mrs.Lane
