I walked in When there were no other customers. I waited about 12 minutes for a tall caramel macchiato. I finally gave up when a customer came in, confirmed that she had JUST pressed the order button on her app as she was walking in the door, and received her frappe order while I was still waiting. I was quite disappointed. I was even more disappointed when I asked for a refund, received the refund, and heard them call my name as I left. No one offered any apologies.
Tim at the window was very kind and knowledgeable, made us feel important :) if everyone that worked in customer service was like him the world would be a better place
Worst starbucks. Had nothing I wanted and then proceeded to give me a Frappuccino when I asked for a latte. Geez

Typically Starbucks is ok but the crew at this location really impressed me. With the indoor seating area closed and a line that wrapped the building entirely for the drive through, the three employees working absolutely killed it! The gentleman taking orders was quick while humorous with everyone I could hear. The line moved surprisingly quickly because they were dancing around each other prepping and passing like they were practicing for a shift at cocktails. Now if only Starbucks would pay them what they're worth instead of what they do.
A+ to all Starbucks’ staff! With all respect! Some customers are unconsidered to others and specially the drive thru, but the staff are fast, efficient and show quality!! ?
Store said it was open until 10pm we got there at 9:40pm and the store was completely closed nobody at the store. Should really change your store hours.
I drove by at 5pm & they were closed. It says they closed at 10. I could have went to a different Starbucks but I was going to be late for work if I did wasting time going to this one. Change your hours of operation.
I had the medicine ball tea; this was my first time experiencing it. It's absolutely delicious! Additionally, the customer service at the drive thru was superb.
